Booked hotel for a week which was significantly cheaper than other websites which made me a bit hesitant.
The confirmation email came through quickly and contained contact information for hotel.
Breakfast was included with our room. Everything went well at hotel and nothing else was required to be paid except a tourism tax which was clearly stated when we booked and applied to all hotels in the area.
First time using this website and happy with how everything went. Didn't have any issues so can't comment on their customer service!

I was skeptical, but...
I was skeptical because the price I got for my chosen hotel was so far less than any of the usual travel price-comparison sites. I was worried I would have a hassle when I checked in, or that my voucher wouldn't be honored. But I checked in and stayed without a single problem. I'll check Easytobook first when I travel next. Use them without fear.

Booking canceled without notice.
We canceled the reservation without notifying us, we were not thrown accommodation in Madrid, missed the conference I had to attend the day of accommodation because nobody contacted us to solve our problem, the hotel call you to give me an explanation but nothing at all a shame todabia'm hoping the return of payment.

We have checked that our Spanish customer service team was trying to reach you via phone, but not successful so they eventually sent you an email to inform the situation.
Please allow us to explain further that the availability of this hotel is controlled by the hotel and we are just a portal through which they are displayed. Therefore, the issue was beyond our immediate control. Nevertheless, EasyToBook has already released our hold on the funds, and the remaining time it takes the funds to be credited back to your account is dependent on the card issuing bank and its internal procedures.

Booking- 5334599: Manager's Rude Behavior and Non-Compliance of Itineary
Dear Customer Care, I am reputed Chartered Accountant who used Easy to Book website for hotel booking for the first time. Make my trip was local partner for this booking. I booked 2 rooms Hotel Lake Inn, Bhimtal, India for the period 11 October 2016 to 13 October 2016 vide booking reference 5334599 of Easy to book.com. The meal plan was Half Board as per Easy to Book Voucher. I checked in the hotel on 11 October 2016 , however, hotel manager informed that meals are not included in my booking as per the instruction of Make my trip (local partner of EasytoBook). Hotel Manager went to the extent of insulting and humiliating me. This is completely unacceptable. This fight was a complete mental torture and i highly condemn this act of hotel manager and mis-information from your side to the hotel. My booking voucher clearly states Half Board as the meal plan. I request you to immediately enquire into the matter and take appropriate action against the Hotel Lake Inn, Bhimtal and refund my money along with penalty for the mental tortures and food bills. We purchase hotel rooms on a booking request by booking request basis from business partners who contract hotel rooms in bulk from hotels around the world, and thus we unfortunately do not deal directly with the hotel. We are currently investigating this matter with the business partner, it definitely appears that this issue originated from a break in communication between the business partner and the hotel.
