Approximately 2-3 days before a guest’s arrival date the name list will be sent to the hotel. This is done to avoid any confusion when checking in as the wholesale agent receives ongoing name changes to their allotments.
If you would like to contact the hotel to arrange transfers, etc., please inform us via email and we will request our business partner to forward your booking details to the hotel immediately. Accomodation availability not up to date
Accommodation that was shown on your booking site was not actually available anymore. We made and paid the booking pn your site. When confirming with the hotel we were informed that they were fully booked. Were subsequently put in a small room very inferior to the one we had made the booking on. We requested a refund for the second night, after spending the first night there.
You will need to find a way to have updated availability before any bookings are accepted.

From reviewing your booking, we found that your room was 100% confirmed under these pre –purchased room allotments, which is the reason why you had received the confirmation voucher from us. Furthermore, we had received no information from them that would make us believe that there would be any problem with the confirmation we had received, nor that you would have any trouble upon your arrival.
However, we have contacted our business partner and they investigated with the hotel to attain one night refund for you. Our customer service team will contact via email for further information.
