AVOID at all cost. Shocking service, no let me rephrase that. No service! Arrival was a nightmare with no indication of drop off or collection. Staff is clearly underpaid. Your car does not stay on their premises. My flight was cancelled. Had to wait 30 min for my car to be retrieved from some other location. No refund for the remaining days because driving my car 30min away was the cost of the booking for a week. They use your benzene to go park it that far. I would recommend Euro Park. Much more helpful staff and organised.

Waiting time to pick up car is more than 45 minutes - unacceptable!

It seems this company’s strategy is designed to frustrate customers into giving up. They consistently fail to respond to emails, their chatbot lacks any real human interaction or case-specific assistance, and their phone support is managed by unqualified, undertrained staff who are unable to provide any meaningful help.

When returned from holiday we were waiting only 15 min ( exactly as they said). Thank you to the service.

Dont park your car here. When i returned from vacation our car had damage at the luggage compartment. They had driven with our car during the parking period, that was obvious. We reclaimed the damage but we never got an answer.

Pick up the car at Eindhoven 1 April 21st.
Arriving at home I remark that my thermos (limited edition) and several coins disappeared…
Immediately I contacted Eazzy park by mail (3x) and 2x by phone. No reaction on the mail. Customer service by phone each time guaranteed a feedback latest the day after. Today May 1st no news at all. Very disappointing after being client since at least 2019.
As they work with tablets and pc they could exactly check who received and returned the car to the reception but clearly the do not care about theft while car in their custody….

So I will change my rating to 3* but in future will be very careful on content in the car.

Never park here please.. Worst experience ever. It is not close to the airport. We arrived at 6 morning. Parking is hard to find and very dark. There is nobody there. No sign for a shuttle bus, only a paper with a number saying shuttle. I called them, no answer.. no reply. You can t take this risk! We had to drive to the airport and were lucky to find 1 other parking... Had to pay double !
When contacting eazzypark they just blamed us for being too late, which we were not.

After my car was parked by an employee I could see on my app that all doors were unlocked and the left rear window was opened. I sent them an e-mail about this. After one day I got a message they would have a look and after that they all closed it. But, as a result a lot of moisture in my car now which was never before.
