Run away as fast as possible from this firm, do not use Davinder Virdi and co do not have your best interests heart just want a fast buck and it will cost you, your reputation and freedom

EBR Attridge is a fantastic law firm. Throughout my case, they were supportive, professional, and excellent with communication at every stage. After carefully listening to the details of my case and understanding my position, they worked tirelessly to prepare everything required before trial in a timely and efficient manner.

They consistently reassured me that I was in capable hands. This gave me great peace of mind during a stressful time. At trial the Nathan did an outstanding job defending me. Calm, composed, and confident, he presented the evidence brilliantly and helped ensure the truth prevailed thus leading to the right verdict.

Duty solicitor representation at police station was alright but she kept saying she was tired and afterwards I never heard from her again, left without saying goodbye as if it was a burden dealing with me even though its her job.

Was then passed to a male solicitor to handle things in pre-charge stage and the run up to a mags court hearing. No communication whatsoever and impossible to get hold of him on the phone or even by email. Had one good phone call with him explaining stuff but then never heard back from him about arranging legal aid for a trial. Left me in the dark knowing that I had an upcoming crown court hearing and this is my first time dealing with the 'system'. No contact even after the hearing passed, to apologise or anything.

I realised a few weeks before the hearing that EBR Attridge were rubbish (and also the legal aid system is rubbish) and went private with a specialist firm who have been amazingly proactive on my case, giving me some excellent barristers to choose between, and representing me well in my pre trial hearing.

Shout out to Olliers Solicitors and 7BR Chambers! Don't use EBR Attridge when your reputation and future is at stake.

Mr Solanki gave me the best advice and got me out of the station sooner as he came in and represented me.

I came in contact with Mr Davinder Virdi of EBR ATTRIDGE LLP when my brother was sent to prison on remand. He was charged for 13 counts his wife alleged that he committed.
It was my first ever contact with police and unfortunately I found them very biased, non cooperative, unprofessional and partial.

This added to my pain and my first hope was Allah Almighty then the law firm. To our luck Mr Davinder Virdi was the solicitor to deal with my brother’s case. I was unsure in the start as it was my first contact with this firm and I must say I became more and more satisfied every time I contacted Mr Virdi. He was no less than a blessing.

It consumed our precious six months to get rid of the case and my brother walked out of the prison being not guilty in all 13 counts.

It is easy to say 13 counts but preparing a defence against them was like crossing Himalayan mountains after mountains.

Preparation of a precise, perfect and concrete defence by Mr Virdi and his dedication, commitment and excellence in his job were second to none.

I was truly amazed how brilliantly he was in regular contact with me, visited my brother in prison regularly, kept in touch with police and showed his grip on the subject, updated every document on court’s portal and played a vital and matchless role in connecting us with the barrister and finalised the defence.

I cannot forget his role in securing my brother’s acquittal and of barristers (Mr Sachin Rajput and Mr Digby).

I was represented by Chandrakant Solanki. He was excellent. Would always refer family and friends to him. He is good defence solicitor and advocate. Got me a brilliant resuly. Cade thrown out.

I proactively sought legal representation for a voluntary interview. Never dealt with the police before and had relied on Google to understand what happens.

Firstly, Sana, who called me back when I enquired; shouted down the phone at me, told me I'm talking over her, but she had already jumped to conclusions. Disappointing. Extremely rude and completely unhelpful. She didn't do anything; including ask me ANY questions. Just shouted that I need to go into and surrender! How embarassing!

I had been referred to a more senior partner;, Martin, initially, felt supported.
When I called this partnera few days later; to ask if they'd had contact with the officer to understand WHAT the accusation was (I had NO idea); EBR's response to me not knowing what this could be about; ML (and I quote) said 'you MUST know what this is about, unless you're committing a crime every 2 minutes!).
I was aghast!

Couldn't possibly be that I am a law-abiding citizen, and as far as I know, never broken the law!

Maybe it was my ethnic name; because OF COURSE, I must be committing SO MANY crimes!

Don't have any record; never broken the law, am educated and made it clear that I needed help.

I chose NOT to use this firm. Abhorrent!

EBR insisted I MUST be arrested; when I had been asked for a voluntary interview?
So thankful I disposed of this company's toxicity and aggression; the firm I ended up using, were AMAZING! Confirmed voluntary interview; and even ensured representation was already there!

My advice would be, do not use this firm if you need guidance. They will get you arrested when you have ZERO record instead of actually doing their job!

i was represented by Mr Harry Charalambous, who works for this firm.
at first I was taken back by his blunt and direct approach, however if you are indeed innocent, then don't be afraid or put off of his approach. i doubt anyone could of done more or a better job than he has done.
i was impressed by his dedication to do his upmost best for me and the conscientious manner of his work.
i glad to report i was in good hands.
