Nice cabinets however it’s a struggle to fit 2 pairs of running trainers in one section. Definitely wouldn’t fit 3 pairs of any type of shoes

A bad quality and even worst costumer service. They said to send me a new product because of damage and I've been waiting for 6 months and contacted them. The product is out of production now so they can't offer anything instead, so I paid 2500 to have a damaged table.

The table you bought had some issues after 1.5+ years use. You contact us about it and we offer a compensation or a new table top.
That table top got lost in transport, without us knowing it, and when you contact us, 6- months later to ask about where it is, it's gone out of production.
We then doubled our offer of compensation 😊

Quick dispatch and very responsive customer service
My order was quickly dispatched as per the expected delivery times, and customer service was very responsive. They helped patiently with queries about a product. One of the packages of my delivery could not be found by the courier company, and ebuy24 stayed in touch and followed up. I bought the 5 door New Mexico wardrobe, which is lovely--but just a note--it is an absolute nightmare to assemble and the assembly guide is not the best.

I paid a lot of money for laminated…
I paid a lot of money for laminated chip board with extremely complicated assembly instructions. I like the finished look but wanted better than IKEA for the price I paid (and IKEA's instructions are a lot easier to follow).

Delivery is sucks 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
I ordered delivery of the sofa to the specified place -garage in my case. When your delivery service took the couch out of their car, they made a big hole in the covering in one of the corners. This hole they done through cardboard and two protective covering. From which we can conclude that they threw him just to the floor. We didn’t have a time to send it back, because our guests come to us next day. And it was their bad. And sleep on the floor was not the best decision. So we had to buy a special stapler and fix this hole.
You have very bad delivery service 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Feel cheated
I would say that I had the worst experience in online shopping. Briefly, we ordered night tables called the Thames which we fell in love with so quickly. It took us only 30 min to realize that the product called Themes was 400 DKK less each in all other websites. We did not see it in the price-runner because they have changed one letter on the product name. (Smart!)
We called them to cancel the order but told that it has already been shipped and we have to return it again after receiving it. Fast delivery (Also smart- I wonder why)
The product was not the same as in the pictures. It was clearly edited and made much shinier than it is in reality. And of course, to return it, we had to pay a fee for it.
I think it is basically cheating and never from this website again!
