I would not rent books from this ecampus

I would not rent books from this company. I am convinced they have 2 people working here and AI runs the rest. I rented a school book and it was scheduled to be here on Saturday. I got a notice Sunday saying they did “not know” when it would show up. No time given. I needed this book so BOUGHT it off Amazon cheaper. I attempted to cancel my order and there was no one to talk to in customer service. All Spencer, AI generated bot. Finally Betsy got back to me, she was useless. I asked her MULTIPLE times for a return shipping address. It has been TWO WEEKS and I have yet to get a shipping return label and send my book for a return. They tell me “your order hasn’t been processed”. It’s been TWO WEEKS AI Spencer. They are shady and a scammy company. You are better off with Amazon. Do not order books from them.

Received 1 of 2 volumes & no resolution

I only received 1 of 2 volumes in the mail (proof of images provided to customer service). Received various "Thank you for your patience" responses from customer service. 4 months later, still no resolution, not even an accommodation to access the textbook digitally in the meantime.

Half of my order was cancelled

Half of my order was cancelled. I only received 1 of the two books I ordered. eCampus did not give me a reason or attempt to replace the missing item. It did give me a credit voucher though.

Slow shipping

Yes, the prices are affordable, but the shipping leaves much to be desired. The sellers need to be aware that when a book is rented or purchased, people expect a quick turnaround, especially with textbooks. DO BETTER ECAMPUS 🙄

The books I received were in perfect…

The books I received were in perfect condition! I got them in a very timely manner and at a great price. I will be ordering again. Thanks for saving me tons of money. From a Mom of 2 on a budget just trying to go back to school! lol
