Took my money, kept my book, gave no resolution, Transferred multiple times

I returned a rental for school, and ordered book I needed for my current class. They have had it for four days, and I still do not have my book, tracking number, etc., but I have been charged. I reached out to their chat for support. I spoke with Junior, Rosanna and Angel and was told by two agents I was speaking with that I had the wrong department after asking to speak with the correct dept. multiple times. Now, I am currently unable to prepare for my exams or do my homework, and the best they can offer is an email with a 24-48 hour response. I WISH my campus would have an online option for the bookstore that allows you to speak with someone at your campus for this reason.

Never received books

Unfortunately 2/3 of my textbooks did not arrive. I have been contacting Ecampus's customer serve, UPS, and USPS regarding this issue for two weeks with no success. I had to reorder my books from Amazon and ended up paying twice as much as I would have if I just used Amazon or my campus bookstore. I am also behind on my readings due to the delay.

It is now a month later and I have not received my books. ecampus says I need a police report otherwise they are unable to help.

Shady Customer Service

I tried to reach out a few days after I placed my order to cancel it since it had not shipped after 3-5 days. I needed the book fast, so I wanted to cancel it to order the same book from my campus store (faster, but more expensive) and get a refund. Conveniently for this website, no one answered my email request until after the order was shipped. It felt shady to me. There was no phone number to call and the chatbot wasn’t helpful. Now, instead of getting my full refund (like I tried to do by canceling it before it was shipped as they requested), I lost over half of that money to shipping and a lack of care on their part. The package arrived a week later in good condition (that’s the only reason why this review has 2 stars). However, as a college student, I cannot be wasting money like this. I hope to see improvements in the speed and honesty at which the customer service employees address things. Otherwise, I may not be using this website again since I can find others that don’t ignore me conveniently until I loose more money.
