We recently had a door and panels fitted and they did an absolutely cracking job. The door looks great, meticulous workmanship, left everything perfectly clean. The fitters were lovely too, friendly polite and professional. Will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend.

Front door fitted by Lewis and Rory, very friendly and very quick installation. Door looks good and the fitting looks good. I would certainly consider using Ecoglaze again and would ask for Lewis and Rory to be the installers.

Pressure selling to sign a contract tonight.
Initial contact in Wickes Haverfordwest was lovely.
Salesman came tonight and Had a quote done for a back door. Quoted £970 which I thought was reasonable. Said could be supplied from stock. Asked to consider it and perhaps call them tomorrow and price shot up to £1322. Reason given was they needed to do the contract tonight to get the £970 price as the salesman may not be in the area tomorrow and be wouldn’t be paid to come back. ( told us he lives in a place that’s max 30 min drive away) Then stated door were custom made ( not sure how that’s ’in stock’ then) . Had also asked for a price for windows for reference as need doing as well, but he didn’t even bother with those when I refused to sign a contract on the spot

Excellent service from EcoGlaze! The two lads who came out to carry out the installation were excellent, clean, efficient, professional and friendly. Smooth process from start to finish, highly recommend!

Terrible experience with this company. Fit doors that don’t close and then refuse to even offer a solution to getting it fixed. As far as I understand, they fit very niche and exclusive equipment, which then they offer no help in fixing when it goes wrong. Absolutely terrible long term customer service. Really disappointing.

Terrible installation, lied to by salesman, told me going from double glazing to triple glazing would reduce acoustics from nearby carriageway, sadly the noise is worse!, what annoys me is we replaced perfectly good double glazing for what seems like inferior windows, I will say they did attend to asses the problem only to tell me to stuff insulation into the vents?…not the result I wanted.

Gavin P or Garen P called yesterday going door to door. Very Pushy and demanding for a contact number before he would go away.
Kept talking on and on even when I told him I was not interested. Had to shut the door in his face in the end to get rid of him.
He tried the same harrasement with the other's in the street, but I got the 1 over on him there, because I sent out a message to the other houses in the street to warn them before he got there.

I am updating my review I did on the 25th March regarding Ecoglaze. That review was about the unexpected phone call off them.
I am now pleased to say they have sent out someone to repair my window sill. My only issue is I did not get the name of the man who came out to do the work. The repair that he did was excellent and I am very pleased with it, he also fixed my front door as it had dropped, he didn't have to do that but he did, if all the employees of Ecoglaze were as helpful and as pleasant I would have given them 5 stars and not just 2 stars.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!

Had windows fitted by Eco Glaze approx 2 years ago…. Windows were poorly installed and were a mess. Eco Glaze re visited my property and agreed that they had been fitted badly. They agreed to re-fit the windows but not before leaving us waiting for 2 weeks.

Here we are 2 years later and have had to have the front of the house re rendered due to damp issues caused by the above mentioned windows.

Inside the windows looked fine (eventually). It has now become apparent that the windows are too small for the space they were intended for with huge gaps above and below the window.
Eco Glaze stuffed these gaps full of what looks like expandable foam, this has shrunk and cause water damage to the property.

Absolute disgrace of a company!

Please stay well away from them.

We had a new front door installed which after some hassle, was fine. I need some additional keys and they have not bothered responding to an email, an enquiry through their website or two voicemail messages that I have left. Absolutely shocking aftercare service. Avoid at all costs.

Do not and I repeat DO NOT use this Company! I’ve had a leak on my newly installed Conservatory roof for nearly 2 years! With very little communication, with given dates for investigation and no one turns up, With no Communication/updates. Messages have been sent (read) and do not hear back for weeks!
Stay well clear! It’s definitely not worth the pain!

Avoid this company.

It took almost a year to replace 3 doors and frames, 2 of which were not replaced like for like, the original frames for the conservatory had metal inner fittings, they replaced them with just plastic, so the whole conservatory rattled. We also had a new window put in a room, the hole was not level with the one adjacent to the room next door, the opening was also wider at the top, which we only discovered when we ordered a rollerblind! In all areas we asked for like for like, which in 3 out of 4 works did not happen. Even the architrave around out kitchen door was not fitted properly, bad mitred joints and the whole architrave was not fitted correctly to the wall.

Along with all the shoddy work the communication was lacking and when they did contact us to book a visit for repairs/ajustments no one turned up.

We resorted to sending letters to the 2 directors with detailed acounts of the terrible work and communication.

They were very fast to at sending the final bill, not sure how long we will have to wait the guarantees.

1 star was too much for shoddy work.

Very efficient and respectful sales and installation team. Good quality doors and windows. I will definitely use this company again.

They are prompt and fair prices after care is really good couldn't get better service Neal is excellent at sorting any problems out 😁

Ecoglaze fitted a blue glass roof and bifold doors to my conservatory 5 years ago and I was assured I had a 10 year guarantee which was important to me as I'm a disabled widow. In September of this year the corner of the roof began to leak and it was virtually impossible to get any help from ecoglaze to come to rectify the problem, phone call after phone call to the company promised call backs that never happened. Eventually a man arrived last week who blamed the wall then my bedroom window fittings for the problem his final comment was"the roof should never have been fitted on the wall even though his company fitted it! Unbelievable, I am left with a wet mouldy wall and even worse after storm Bert the apex of the roof started to leak which apparently I'm not going to get to fixed either. Incidentally I have lived at my property for over 13 years without any previous problems. Avoid this company like the plague.
