Everything looks good. Nice quality

Product arrived in a pretty timely manner (despite general postage delays) and was well packaged so no damage or anything else. The product itself was gorgeous and well-made; all of the mechanisms work well and the colour was beautiful.

Everything went smoothly ! I wan't sure about the sizing with the shoes I wanted. The customer service was very fast to answer and make their recommandations to determine the right size for me, and when it arrived, it fit perfectly ! This company is based in China - not UK which it stated on the site when when I bought a pair of shoes. I ordered a pair of UK size 7 shoes - which are more like a UK size 5!? I can't even get my feet into them. I asked about returns / refund and have been to told to post them back to China! I will have to pay for the postage! Really bad.

The bag came dirty to start off. There was some weird staining along the bag straps that I couldn't get off no matter how hard I tried. The other factor was that the bag ripped only a month after. I only had my wallet and waterbottle in my bag long with a sketchbook and some art supplies. But the bag somehow ripped from the straps so easily it was depressing. I'm quite reluctant to purchase anything else from ecosusi now
