When I first enquired about the flooring I contacted James who was very professional and very helpful and honest with all my questions. The whole process was very smooth and efficient right down to the payment when I spoke to Zoe who was very helpful. On the day of the installation the fitters arrived on time, very punctual. They were very polite and professional. They began work straight away and completed very quickly. They listened to what my requirements were and made some helpful suggestions. The installation and the finished product was very professional and a very polished finish. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ecotile.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service, fast delivery, easy to deal with. Met Rowan Sumner at the NEC as well as speaking with him on the phone and he was so easy to speak with. Nice guy. If you are thinking of ordering garage tiles, definitely recommend these guys.

A great product that has transformed…
A great product that has transformed our garage to a utility room. Interlocks beautifully and the you tube video of laying the tiles helped a lot. Any more than a small garage I would recommend a guillotine to cut the tiles.
I did use 3 25 KG bags of Ardex K301 exterior floor leveller to begin with, so I did have a very good level base to start from.
Every garage I have from now on will have Klikflor tiles.
Not an epic to fit, well done for the product.

Friendly contact, good quality
The order procedure was easy, the delivery was fast. That quality of the tiles is very good. All I missed was to pay via invoice, instead of a prepayment, which caused additional work in the accounting.

Very helpful and friendly service
Very helpful and friendly service. Managed to find me a special deal for my garage floor which provided a competitive price. The tiles seem to be good quality although I have not yet fitted them.
The delivery was very quick. The carrier was not too user friendly and did not take the time to find anyone on site, just left a pallet on our front drive and left.
