The whole experience was like a breath of fresh air. From the moment I contacted Gemma Sibley, she talked me through the product and the pricing and went out of her way to help.
I have only had the tiles down for just over a week, but they have laid really well and make the garage look fantastic, which is great for a 'garage anorak'.
I had a couple of subsequent questions with regards to the cleaning and once again, Gemma was there to help post sale. Nothing was to much trouble.

A company with very professional, friendly, helpful staff and high quality products. I wanted to tile a domestic garage and had a reasonable idea of what items I needed but phoned Ecotile to discuss the job in case I'd forgotten something vital from my order. Although they must have answered similar questions many times before, the person I talked to was knowledgeable, friendly and suggested useful options I hadn't considered. My indecision about whether to specify light grey or dark grey tiles was helped by the unexpected news that the light grey tiles were on offer with a 50% discount. I was very glad that I'd called! A sample was quickly put in the post which I received the next day. I was just as quick in confirming my order. I was kept well informed on the delivery details and the goods arrived exactly when specified. Impeccable service!

Good quality products backed up by knowledgeable staff. From my first enquiries regarding which product to use through to the final queries regarding my order (there was a slight 'ordering' problem that was resolved to my satisfaction by Ecotile) the whole process was well handled.
The product fits and works exactly as described. My domestic double garage had a slightly uneven floor but the tiles have hidden these imperfections and the garage floor now looks like a showroom. It is also now very easy to clean. Very pleased with the product and the service. If I hadn't had the slight order glitch it would have been 5 stars.
