Sales team were good
Sales team were good.
Though promised instructions were not with delivery now Downloaded from web.
Delivery driver had dreadful attitude ( I know their schedules are hectic) he could have parked right outside property but chose to stay at end of road. If it wasn’t for my lovely Builders who helped unload, pulled the trolley up the road onto site & unloaded I don’t know what he/we would have done!
He let you down.

Took ages to get a price on 2 jobs
Took ages to get a price on 2 jobs, stock a bit poor for the world's no 1 interlocking tile too
Sales lady (sorry forgot her name) very good though rescued the situation and managed to promise deliver 2 days later but still enabling us to carryout the job on agreed date.

The initial discussion with your sales team was good. In subsequent discussions however it was not made clear why I needed the expansion tiles, .
After placing the order and making payment I heard nothing for 10 days which was surprising to say the least. I had the impression that you would keep me informed of progress yet today I have just received an e-mail telling me delivery is tomorrow!
The info on your web site is good.

I first came across Ecotile from a posting on eBay which I followed up with a purchase. i then found that I had underestimated the number of tiles I needed, so I contacted them direct as the eBay posting had gone, and they were very helpful in finding me some matching tiles. Great service./

Excellent product and great service
Quality of these floor tiles is very good although I have not had chance to lay them yet, they seem easy and are much better than trying to paint the garage floor.
Excellent service from the company quoted me a delivery date and they arrived on time, would not hesitate to use this firm again
