Urgent requirement for glasses frame.
I ordered Lacoste glasses frames on Friday 29th November 2024 and received them on Monday 2nd December 2024. They were brand new frames sent in a brand new Lacoste glasses case. They were urgently needed to replace my original frames which got broken by accident. After receiving them I had the lenses from the old frame fitted to the new frame later that day.
Very pleased with receiving them so quickly.

The box arrived with no plastic cover
The box arrived with no plastic cover. The UPS driver left it outside in torrential rain. I live in Ireland and it rains A LOT. I know we are trying to cut down on plastic but sometimes it is essential. When I came home from work the box was so wet it disintegrated. Luckily the glasses inside were OK. This was a gift and I had no box to wrap them in. So easily avoided with a plastic outer wrapper.

Broken glasses
My existing glasses suffered a breakage.

I will never ever order from you again
I will never ever order from you again. And I will inform all my friends and family to not order from you. You don't deserve to have a busbecause you don't know how tontreat or to respect tge customers. I have ordered one pair of glasses of 173 GBP and I have waited for this around 40 days. 40 days to come from Germany to UK? Even the courier bring them with a bicycle, will arive more soon than 40 days.

Just what I wanted
I ordered my glasses with some trepidation, as I have always bought through my opticians before. However, I can't get the frames I wanted in the UK anymore.
I was delighted with the glasses I received. They came quickly and were absolutely everything I wanted.
I've now ordered another colour, as I was so pleased.

Do not trust
Ordered a few years back and they were good then.
Then order again late last year. Order was delayed for months, then I wad told the company had hit trouble and I would not get my order.
Only way to get my money back is to apply to creditors handling their situation, and I've head nothing back since applying!
And, to top it all, they are operating again, and are taking peoples money. How???
Very bad. Avoid them!
