My parcel was delivered to a neighbour because the house number was missing from the address label. Fortunately the neighnour knew who it was for and brought it round. The delivery chap tried to ring me but I was notcavailable at the rime.

Poor Quality Coasters
I was very disappointed with the set of 4 Celtic Cross Slate Coasters. I thought the quality was poor. I do order diaries from Eden and the quality of those has always been good so I expected better quality on another item,
I have just received a reply from Eden who knew I couldn't return the Coasters as it was a Celebration gift with not enough time. The Agent gave me 10% of the value back to my account which is appreciated. Eden do have a good return policy which under normal circumstances I would have returned, however, I still feel the quality should be more acceptable in the first place avoiding disatisfaction and time on both sides which could be avoided. Thank you Eden for your response.

When I go on the site and hope to find just the right book for a particular reason, then it is so easy to order thebook and know if it states a date for delivery then that is when it will arrive! If I can't find a book to suit I always can go to other sites but sometimes that is a diffult experience to know they are trustworthy which Eden is.

Good product, late delivery but delivery costs refunded
The product is just what I wanted. I was disappointed in the delivery time. It was a gift that I needed by Thursday. I paid the extra pound for delivery expected Tues to wed. It didn't arrive till Friday.
Eden have now refunded my delivery costs and apologised. The courier let them down.
