The Eden BrownScotland office is appalling dealt with a guy called Alasdair reid some time ago who was not good at all in comparison to the other consultants. A real waste of time.
I have worked with EdenBrown on and off for 8 years and they have made mistakes but who doesn't. They always manage to get me paid on time and communicate when mistakes happen. Julia Snowball is my agent and she is fantastic and a pleasure to work with. Having been with them 8 years I wish they rewarded Loyalty. Thank you Julia.
If I could give a zero I would. My agent at Eden Brown has more excuses as to why she hasn’t been able to do what she promised it’s so frustrating. No feedback or updates unless I chase.

Applied for a role, Got a call from Gareth which I missed, but voicemail to call back, literally called back within 30 mins, no response left a voicemail.
As not heard back tried to call back several times, then get a Message from Gareth to say he has taken Annual leave for the afternoon and ask if we can pick up tomorrow (so why call and leave a VM for me to call back).
It has been 4 days now and have called Gareth several times with no response What a waste of time and space, absolutely un-professional and a joke.
Been working for these cowboys temporarily for the last 6 months to fill a void.
The work is fine, brilliant people on-site. Agency, however, are horrendous. I've had missing wages and next to zero communication on a regular basis. When they have ever eventually paid me, they've frequently underpaid me and overcharged for hidden fees.
Never again shall I accept work from them.
