absolutely appalling company to deal…

absolutely appalling company to deal with .
waited over a month to receive my purchased lawnmower - which had so many parts missing that it is unusable. I reported this to EDGARDENMACHINERY soon as I'd unpacked the mower box . they said they would sent me the missing parts / manual / mulch plug etc that was 3-4 weeks ago- I've emailed them many times but they are just ignoring my emails . I've also asked for a refund and they arrange to pick up the mower box by return courier - again they have just ignored my emails .
an absolutely appalling business - do not use them !

Fraudsters

Fraudsters, bought and never arrived. Ed very rude man and hung up on me and said no one ignored you yet declining every call and ignoring every email
