Terrible Quality and Customer Service – Avoid at All Costs!
I recently purchased a jumpsuit from Edge & Grace, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The item I received was poor quality, faulty, and completely misrepresented. The trouser part was baggy and ill-fitting, and the shoulder pads shown in the product images were missing entirely. It was clear the item was not as described or shown online.
When I contacted customer service, instead of addressing the issue properly, they refused to take responsibility and demanded I pay for international return shipping to China, despite being a UK-based company with a shop in London. They offered me a series of low partial refunds (starting at 15%, then 20%, and finally 25%), clearly trying to avoid accountability for their poor-quality goods.
UK law protects consumers in cases like this, but Edge & Grace’s policies show a blatant disregard for consumer rights, making the return process expensive, complicated, and unfair. Their approach felt dismissive, and the entire experience was frustrating and time-consuming.
I would strongly advise against buying from this company. The quality of their products is subpar, and their customer service is designed to dodge responsibility. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere!
