Great experience car wouldn’t start when we got back and the team in the car park office gave us a jump start with their pack truly appreciative of them helping us out and in rapid time

It would have been 5 stars but my car was supposed to be in D21 but D21 was empty and it took a wee while to locate it.

Our go to when parking at Edinburgh airport, it's easy to use, extremely close to the main building and not expensive. 100% recommended

Best parking available, the only thing that could be improved is a trolley bay or a few in the car pay

The most efficient service I ever had in my life, everything is spotless, from arriving to the parking to leave the car and key takes no longer than 5min wich is amazing. Thank you guys for being so organised and positive.

The mid stay car parking facility worked out very well. No fuss with access and the same no fuss on departure. The car park location was a 5 minute walk to the terminal, all very convenient.

Check in was absolutely fine, picked up my keys on return no problem however when I got back to car and switched it on, settings had been changed. Heating had been put up high, volume on both voice control and entertainment had been switched up. The seat, whilst I expect it to be perhaps moved back/forward or the back tilt changed slightly, had the lumbar and other settings changed. Not what you expect when you entrust your car to moved to and from the safe location just off the main car parking site. I’ve experienced the seat changes before but to have other controls in the car changed for no reason.

Arriving at 2 in the morning the last thing we wanted was the hassle to find a parking space, which is why we chose Fast Park. Being able to just drive in, park in lane 1 & then deposit our keys was so quick and easy. Hardest part was putting our parking receipt in a safe place - you need it for retrieving your keys. Walk to terminal less than a min away.

Retrieving was just as simple. All we had to do was scan our parking receipt (remember you were to keep it safe) & 'voilà', the box with our keys opened. We headed straight to our car. Only little snag we had (if I can call it that) was exiting the car park itself. At the barrier, it said we were due £10. However. it was easily rectified, we hit the button to talk to someone, informed them that we had been parked in Fast Park and still had another 2 hours on our ticket.

Would definitely book again without any hesitation. Took all the stress away & ensured a calm start to our holiday!

We booked fast park but had totally forgotten our car is keyless. One of your employees, Africanus, was extremely helpful and resolved it for us very efficiently.

It was so easy to find and use that if traveling again I would definitely recommend using it and will be telling all my friends to use it 100% perfect

Always spaces, the bus to and from the airport is reliable with friendly drivers.
Book in advance prices are reasonable.
No issues so far.
