Sent wrong helmet, Called and they had run out of stock of the one I had ordered. Only option was to send back for a refund but I needed it. Also on hold for a while.

Very good service - responded well to stock availability query and goods arrived sooner than expected.

Made an order, order got delayed dispatch. Contacted them via email. No replys. Contacted them via their live chat no response. Radio silence on my order i cannot get hold of anyone regarding my order. I dont know what else i can do.. how can i give more than 1 🌟 . Im very dissapointed and i hope maybe this review will give me the contact i am after so we can resolve this issue

My local branch didn't have what I wanted in stock, so they suggested I went online. Ordering was extremely easy, and the parts arrived within 48 hours - without the customary barrage of texts and emails. Just - arrived.

Just had my Haibike E-bike serviced at EBC.
Efficient and excellent customer service. Very good value. Had previously had it serviced at Evan’s, but this was cheaper and much quicker.

Team at Cannonmills are incredible! Have had a few issues with my bike this year with a crash and general maintenance and the guys have all been super helpful and great advice too. Highly recommend

Excellent communication by staff. Bicycle delivered with great care in perfect condition. Delivery of bike was sooner than expected. The fact that the pedals and charger came a day later was fine.

Aberdeen store didn’t have any items I wanted( bags for gravel b.). No mention of this on website. Could supply in a few days! I travelled from Kirriemuir. On line order to Edin. message it would take a few days to move stock to mail. Bag arrived postage charges waived!

It was the only place that had the cycling shoes I wanted in stock. Items delivered and were as expected. Only gave 4 stars due to no communication other than an order confirmation email. Then silence until the package turned up. I’m just used to getting more comms emails I suppose (package on its way etc).

I put my bike in for its free six week service at the Aberdeen shop. Delighted with the service, friendly staff and promptness in completing the work.

Nicky was so kind and fixed my bike as an emergency for a great price, now I wont have to miss my cycling profficiency. Thanks Nicky

I haven't yet received the ordered item (ordered over a month ago) and have not received any updates as to what is happening with it. Sadly, not your usual level of customer care.

Fast delivery, very reasonable prices and quality products. I always use EBC for my wheel needs and they never disappoint.

Excellent staff. Spent time going through my new bike with me. Very knowledgeable and very helpful.
