Polite accurate advice when in the Bruntsfield store, looking for a rear wheel for my road bike, tubeless & rim brakes. Wheel in stock at another site, collected the next working day. Easy.

Tubeless tyre fitted thanks to the Aberdeen shop.
Many thanks to the Aberdeen shop.
After many attempts, I couldn't get my tubeless tyre to seat correctly.
Their team member, with perseverance, managed to get it fitted while I waited. Not only that, I wasn't charged for their time.

Ordered the bike online and was given a 2 week delivery time. A day before expected delivery date, I was informed that delivery would slip by 1 day due to courier. I explained that I needed delivery the next day as it was my sons birthday and Edinburgh cycles pulled out all the stops to ensure it arrived on time.
The bike is excellent, my son loves it, so thank you Edinburgh cycles. 😊

Been waiting in all day for a delivery and nothing, sent emails and no reply. Please don't buy from this company. You just get silence. I'm starting to think I'm been scammed. Iv requested to cancel my order. It's been a huge waste of time and iv even wasted a days holiday from work

A little job but great service
Just popped into the Bike Co-op in Bruntsfield as I'd lost one of the bolts securing my pannier rack. Jaime very patiently found a new bolt, worked around the need for new spacers and fitted them, all at no cost. Great service!
