Don't believe it when website says In Stock.
Order the item which was showing as in stock.
2 days later received 3 x emails telling me it was not in stock.
1 day later received the same 3 emails all over again and then again later that day.
What a mess !!!

Placed my order was given an order reference number, then I received an email stating my item had to be picked from another store and then given another delivery date that was not met. 14 days I waited for my item only to be told they had received it back from royal mail. Refund given

Order cancelled with no communication
Order cancelled with no communication. Item shown as in stock, received email to saying it would be dispatched in 2 days with no further communication. Chased a couple of times to be told it had been cancelled. I was not charged which is good, but a shame as wasted a couple of weeks for an item I could have got quickly elsewhere if I had known.

Genesis Flyer Gravel Bike
Picked up my Genesis Flyer 2023 Adventure Road Bike yesterday. I took it out for its first RUN Today and completed 25.4 miles tour of South Deeside Cycle Route. My bike responded very well to the Hill climbs and Flat surfaces I am amazed as it’s a single gear gravel bike and it does exactly what I thought it rides well handles all terrains.
