There was a mix up over the booked in date for fitting of a new chain. Rather than say sorry we need to rebook this job, and despite being busy and despite the mix up being no fault of the repair staff...

Jaime just said come back in 20 minutes and I'll do my best to fit the chain. I came back in 20 minutes and job done, chain fitted, happy customer.

The reason I am writing this review is that it's when things go wrong and the company goes the extra mile to sort it - this is good customer service. It's so much nicer to write a compliment than a complaint.

Another visit to get a pedal changed (similar to job done in early July). This time it was Lukas who took a few minutes to change this. Great Service.

Very easy to deal with. Asked my preferred delivery date and all sorted with ease.

I recently purchased a Whyte electric bike from the Edinburgh bike co-op and couldn't be happier with my experience. The bike is fantastic and exactly what I was looking for. The finance option made it easy for me to purchase the bike and the customer service throughout the process was excellent. Quick responses and helpful staff made the whole experience hassle-free. Excellent communication experience and delivered on time..

Online mtb 27.5 disk QR wheel, which although cheap for a wheel looks built well and functioning brilliantly. Ordering and delivery was without fault too.

Really friendly and helpful staff. I had quite a complex delivery to a flat in London and they could not have been more helpful. Bike arrived in perfect condition at a great price.

Ordered a pair of Endura Humvee shorts, good price and was delivered by Royal mail. This was ideal as i was on holiday and could pick up from the sorting office, i wish more companies would use the Royal for delivering.
Only negative is the website didn't show the anthracite colour of the shorts and they were quite a bit different from the previous camo style Humvee in the same colour, with slight stripes running diagonally So would have been nice to see the differing style from the black ones on the webpage.

My first time using this store after requiring somewhere close that I could pick the bike up from. Website is easy and ordering was fast. I love the bike- Giant City 2. It's perfect for my daily commute. Commuting and cycling every morning makes my day start well- and makes me feel great. Lost one star here due to mis-communication between head office and store to pick up. Bike was not ready despite emails, texts and replies saying it would be. Saying that, the service aide at the pick-up store was extra helpful and made up for the hour waiting around for the bike to be fitted. So, thank you to store in Newcastle. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Ordered a set of wheels from Edinburgh Bicycke CoOp which was straight forward on their website.

Received order confirmations and that was it.

Despite the order saying I’d be notified when the wheels would be sent I nothing sent. Nothing in junk Mail either.

2 working days later mr Parcel Force at my with said wheels. Luckily I was in.

Pretty poor IMO no dispatch confirmation nor tracking is sent.

Apart from this pleased with the purchase.
