I ordered the holiday spice village , ordered in aud but charged a much bigger price in usd , never recieved my parcel . They don’t answer my emails anymore

I had the same experience as others with the fake plastic trees that were suppose to be mercury glass! Even the title says mercury glass! I disputed with PayPal, but they want me to return the item before they will even give me a credit. Now I'm trying to dispute with my credit card company, hopefully a better outcome. Ugh I should have known better!!!

On 9/20/2025 I ordered a Collection Set of 5 Illuminated Mercury Glass Trees. Each tree was to be a different height. On 11/2/2025 I received 5 plastic trees, all the same height. I have been in contact numerous times with Editoriah and they are not allowing me to return the product for a refund. They claim I received what I ordered. I don’t understand how this company can tell me I received what I ordered, when I ordered glass trees of various height, and received plastic trees, all the same heightI please do not order from this company! They are a fraud!

Ordered 4 orders of the set of 5 mercury “glass” illuminated Christmas trees and after over a month of waiting, small cheap plastic trees arrived. I’ve reached out to them several times and they keep saying they have confirmed with the warehouse that’s what I ordered. I said no it isn’t these are plastic. They said we confirmed again we can give you $17 back I said no I want a refund. They said shipping costs are expensive to send them back so I told them they are scamming me. Just read in here that it happened to someone else as well. I spent $147 and now I’m going to fight it as much as I can. SCAM ARTISTS!

Still fighting for full refund. This company is ruthless with their web scam. Beware

Ordered a clip on star tree topper from Editoriah on August 8 2025. Still has not been received. Shipping update Sept5/25 indicates the parcel cleared customs and was situated in Ottawa and there it sits a month later. Coincidentally, my sister ordered same tree topper from another company on same day as a gift for me and this too has gone astray

Worst scam this year. When you order Festive collection which should include 3 resin trees you receive a small plastic tree. As you can see I am not the only one. Reported to Honk Kong police. Traced the owner and business address now I wait for outcome. Please beware.

Looks like there are several customers who were scammed. Feel free to report to fraud dept in Honk Kong…they can trace the perpetrators.

I oredered two glass Christmas trees as shown on their ad. What came was a small very cheap plastic thing.
I asked for a full refund but they keep offering a petty sum for 'compensation'

Ordered Festive Gingerbread Theme Decor for resin Christmas Ornaments craft gift DecorationWhite. Never received item!!!! They sent a picture it was sent and said not their problem!!!! Don’t buy!!!! Buyer beware!!!!!!!

I ordered 3 Christmas trees and was sent 1 that was maybe 5 inches tall. They told me it was my fault, that I only ordered one. I asked for a refund and they offered me $3. The tree is not as depicted either, real cheap plastic. Do not order from this company. I notice the trees being offered under a different named company. Don’t fall for it.

I am livid. I ordered 3 Christmas trees that light up about 8-12 inches in red. My order was placed in June and still had not received them. After many complaints and starting a dispute with my bank, I received it today. One small tiny plastic tree about 3 inches if even that,that lights up and is absolutely ridiculous. Spend $62 bux for this crap after threatening the company with a dispute. What crap. My fault too, not ordering anything out of country again. Beware this is a scam!,,,

I ordered a tree topper in early August. Tracking started in Finland. Got to Canada eventually and then everything stopped. I messaged several times and got the same reply” tracking, delivery takes time. Thank you for your patience” 5 weeks have passed and still nothing. I escalated to PayPal and when I did I was told by Editoriah that they gave me the wrong tracking number. I asked for the new tracking number and I never got it. I am pretty sure I don’t have a tracking number because nothing was ever sent!!

Avoid these scammers!. If you paid by credit card report it to them because they may be able to help you recoup your money.

I too ordered the Decoration Christmas trees that others have written the reviews about. I contacted them numerous times with back and forth emails and the they told me it was delivered. When I checked our security cameras, there was no delivery that day. They told me to check with our post office which I did with the new tracking number, there were no results. I threatened to get a solicitor and now all the emails have disappeared

Customer service replied quickly and was polite.

I love how this box asks "what went wrong THIS time?" That should tell you, they are awful! I ordered a set of 3 ceramic light up christmas trees in Green. Varying sizes around 8-12 inches. They sent me a 5 inch PLASTIC light up TOY christmas tree in RED!!!! I paid $35 for a fukkkking toy????? FRAUD!!!!!

I ordered a Christmas decoration 2months ago,they gave me tracking information in the beginning. It was being sent from America. Arrived in Cambridge, then got lost!!!I have sent many emails, and get a reply straight away. Always the same thing,be patient, we will send a new order asap.Now coming from China!

I'm waiting since december for a delivery. Now it's June. I don't think, that anything will come. So it's a waste of time and money.

I added these women's platform pumps to my collection and they have quickly become my favorites.
