Exceptional Service and a Seamless Experience with eFax



I’ve had a great experience using eFax, and I wanted to take a moment to share what really stood out. Couldn'5 Find My eFax login!

Up until this morning, 8/3/2025, I had only eFax one time, sending some urgent material to the IRS last December. To my horror this AM, I could not find any of my note about how to log on and use eFax. All I could find was a bank statement for their automatic monthly bills.

I called eFax support, and support lady Eveldina got it figured out, so I can use it again. Her boss should give her an immediate raise!

service doesnt work

my fax didnt go through multiple times. I cancelled my subsription right away via email (they dont offer any possibility to do that on their 1998 style website). Didn't get any confirmation about the cancellation so far.

Very resourceful customer service representative

The customer service rep Minh was very professional, polite and patient as we worked through my question for my account. I did not have all of the information I should have had to make the issue resolution process flow as designed, but Minh helped me find alternative ways to still satisfy my needs in a very efficient manner (less than 3 minutes due to his resourcefulness). I wish all customer service reps could meet his standard of performance. Thank you Minh and eFax.

Easy to set up an account but also easy…

Easy to set up an account but also easy to cancel it. When I did cancel the account they couldn't have been more helpful. I would definitely recommend. Much easier than trying to find someone who still has a fax machine.

Hidden charges and poor UI

You can't see when faxes are in progress so you don't know if they failed or even were initiated.

You get charged per second that it takes to send the faxes and you don't know what the charge is until after it goes through or fails. You get charged per page and second regardless of if it fails or goes through. There's no leniency on this and this is NOT explained properly in the sign up emails (they only bring it up at the agreement linked to at the bottom of the home page and even this doesn't fully explain it).

There are plenty of other services with much less shady practices and much better UI

We understand your concern regarding the visibility of fax progress and the associated charges. our system does not display real-time progress updates while a fax is in transmission. However, if a fax fails, you will typically be notified within 30 seconds of the attempt. If the fax is successfully delivered, a confirmation email will be sent to the address on file. Regarding billing, our system calculates charges based on both the number of pages and the transmission time with 60 seconds of transmission time counted as one page for billing purposes.
