Everything was wrong with this delivery
Effektlageret sent my package to the wrong address with the wrong name on it, making it legally impossible for me to pick it up (because my name was not on the parcel). I had waited at home for the parcel to be delivered at an appointed time – waste of my time. I spent an hour on the phone trying to find out where it had gone – a waste of my time. Then when I emailed them they still have not replied – more than 24 hours later. So I have spent the money, got no parcel, and wasted a lot of time. A "zero star" option was not available for this review

Good communication with customers
Good communication with customers. I ordered one product which was unavailable in my country and the staff was happy to assist me. I received the desired product in very good condition. However, as a suggestion, I would recommend to use English when sending the order confirmation or other documents to foreign customers. Also, the shipping price was a bit steep for regular ground post, but this is not store policy. Overall, I recommend this store.
