Great frame and great choice of frames. Only thing that could be improved was the ordering, it was a bit confusing when they were asking for the “art size” and turned out this is the size of the image and not the size of paper the image was on. A simple diagram would have helped

l needed a thin awkward size frame for a theatre poster from a recent play l saw which is very stylised. The frame came superbly wrapped. Very well made and quality and size was spot on and it looks super!
l know they don't use glass but the acrylic produces a much better effect is far lighter which is safer around young kiddies and animals.I had quotes for a frame with glass locally which was priced over 3 times the eframe price and unless you have a precious photo or painting which you'd prefer with glass these frames are perfect for posters/prints when the sizing isn't the normal A4 A3 size etc.

Was apprehensive spending -- for me -- a lot of money with an unknown company. Unwarranted as excellent service. Real time tracking, a quality product packaged securely and a courier that delivers when they state (and not leaving the package in a communal hallway). Would recommend without hesitation.

I ordered mounts and probably got the measurements wrong but a woman contacted me to check the size of my pictures and they were delivered soon after and a perfect fit.

They did exactly what they said they would! The quality of work is excellent.

Awful experience - sent to wrong address, didn’t reply to repeated comms until I rang and then didn’t do why they said they would. Item finally arrived and was Perspex not glass ! Beware before buying

The frame I received was exactly the size I ordered and looks nice. The backboard and plastic insert are not quite cut to the correct shape, but it doesn't affect the look of the frame from the front. I also thought it was a little pricey for what it is, but I needed a custom frame and it does the job! Delivery speed was average.

I had been looking for ages for a frame for my over large diamond art , I eventually came across EFRAME , they are great, and really value for money ,they advised me that I had not ordered the correct frame and gave me a free upgrade suitable for my art .

I've used eFrame several times and they make great products, always made correctly when ordering custom sizes. Their team is knowledgeable and friendly and have even advised me when a frame wasn't best suited for a size of print. Would definitely recommend them!

Excellent, well made frame. Exactly what I wanted for my 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle.

The online ordering was simple and the whole process from build to delivery was fully tracked. Excellent quality frames and very happy with the results. Both artworks now hung on study wall in pride of place.
