I received my order surprisingly quickly, even though it had to be shipped all the way to Denmark. Everything was very securely packaged, and the quality of the products is absolutely top-notch. I especially love the little quirky owls—they’re full of personality and bring such joy to my home. Highly recommended!
Unfortunately, I never received the package. It has taken several attempts to get in touch with the team, only to finally be told that the parcel has been delivered. According to GLS, it is at a parcel shop, yet after two months of inquiries, I still have nothing. The tracking information continues to say it’s on the way. I am very sorry to say this, but the situation is extremely disappointing, especially as I have paid for an item I never received. It takes the team two weeks to respond while I am thinking about it every day.

While the GLS system shows the package as delivered, it is now clear that an error has occurred. This is entirely unacceptable, and we are investigating the issue further with the courier.

We can immediately ship a replacement package to you today.
