Didnt get my product in 3 tries shipping tries and didnt even get a refund

I was so pleased I found a site that could do a cover for my one plus 5t. I will be honest postage took longer then expected and they had to resend but were quick to reply to all emails and always polite👍..when it did arrive I was so pleased ..it was a birthday present for my husband and he was really pleased too!! Will definitely use this company again 👍👍👍

I had an issue with the shipping and brought up my concern and within 12 hours, someone messaged me to fix the issue and see what they could do to help me. They offered to reprint and resend the order. Great service and the easy to use website on top of it

I had a great experience with EGOsketch. My case arrived in just over a week, shipping from the Netherlands to Canada. It's a great quality and a nice tight fit against the phone. The only thing that could have been improved would be a sticker to place on the power button since my phone is an LG G6 and has a fairly large circle in the back because of it.

First case lost in the post. Second one too big despite ordering the correct size. Lots of emails to try and get a refund which they promised but never issued. In the end I had to open a paypal dispute and have had confirmation today that I will get a refund (11th Feb) Case was originally bought as a Christmas present! Please avoid this company.

Found this site when i went looking for a case for my Galaxy A5, and honestly i love them already, the customization was quick and easy and seeing i could make my own case, 12 bucks is really cheap.
They also have extremely fast delivery, which is the bees' knees, I ordered my case around 4 in the afternoon and it came in the mail a day after.
The packaging was in good condition, and the case itself looks exactly like i designed it.

Found this site after googling. It's in the Netherlands but free shipping! (I'm in the UK). Love my new case - and was so easy to design - just download pic/image and EGOSketch tools let you resize to any - stretch, reduce, place, increase, plus able to choose exactly the case colour you want -for me the exact shade of sky blue I wanted! Range of borders to choose from so you can have, overlapping, straight, bright, clean edge, faded/shabby vintage etc. Delivered in a week and fab quality, snapped on with no gaps and not bulky. Unlike other sites I looked at, EGOSketch also seem to provide just about every phone case there is -not just iphone! Mine is the z3 compact. Only about £9/12Euro per case so I'm ordering more. PS: If outside Netherlands, Paypal looked like the only payment option but this wasn't a problem.

I've once won a discount-code for a tablet-sleeve on a Facebook campaign. A few months later I decided what sleeve I wanted and I went to the website of EGOsketch.
The website is very user-friendly and helps you trough the steps of personalizing your sleeve. After walking trough all steps I placed my order and 2 days later the sleeve arrived.
This is where my only drawback was: the package which the sleeve was sent in was damaged and half opened.
But overall the sleeve itself was perfect in condition and the quality is very high of the sleeve. Thick fabric and a sharp printed image.

The ipad sleeve look ok but it is not black it is more brown and that give me the feeling that the sun did his work on it....
The iphone 5 hardcase looks like it didn't was fully painted black.. The front look white and black and it is looking cheap....

Ordered 2 backovers for Galaxy Note 2 with custom pictures.
looks very nice and quality looks much better then cheap "chinees" cover.
One thing though, the backcover is very slick, looks very good but can sometimes be hard to hold....

First time I was blown out of my socks! customer service was an example for many, delivery was as promised on time and the sleeves rise above the standards in its kind!
