It was really easy to place the order.
It came with some really helpful extras.
I was sent the wrong flavour mixture but the team were very apologetic and qucik to send out the correct order.
The communications is really good as well as the helpful tips and suggestions.

On 2nd Feb. '26 I bought a 3 month supply of Elavate collagen supplement for £79.50 based on the promise in their advertisement that they would give a refund if I wasn't satisfied. I bought on the understanding that this was a 'one off' purchase as I did not want to subscribe to ongoing supplies and subsequent payments if I was not happy with the results.
The company say that it takes 2-3 months for the effects to become apparent. After 10 weeks I had not noticed any beneficial effects whatsoever and requested a refund 3 times. The request was ignored.
I was informed that my 'subscription' which I had not signed up to, was to be renewed and that a further payment was to be taken from my account.
After going onto their website I was able to cancel my subscription and again requested a refund.
I received an acknowledgement to say that the subscription had been cancelled however there was no mention of a refund.
Catch 22 - There's a problem getting a refund after the time they say it takes to see results. What are customers meant to do? Does this constitute a scam?
What do you think? I know what I think.

After weeks of watching and researching i decided to order , ordering was super easy and delivery was fast. I ordered the chocolate on subscription and I have to say it tastes amazing, no grittiness either . Very happy 😊

Just started on my elavate journey enjoying it first thing in the morning in my coffee.
Only 3 weeks in and my skin feels better already looking forward to seeing the results in 3 months time .

It was my first order of Elevate. I was really pleased to receive a few extra gifts alongside my order. I've been using the powder every day since. I'm looking forward to see what difference it makes to particularly the growth of my hair and bloating stomach. I already feel that I don't feel so bloated already. I am post menopause and definitely feel I need a boost. This was the ideal product

I was a bit sceptical at first as didn’t fully understand the ordering with it being a subscription so I came off the site a few times as wasn’t sure
But I was desperate for the collagen and it had good reviews so I went ahead and took 3mths rolling subscription . I also received a few freebies what has came in very handy with the frother especially. I chose the chocolate flavour what is very delicious and sweet tasting. The ordering was straightforward and the delivery only took 2 days I am on day 13 now haven’t felt any diference yet but early days. So hopefully after my 3months I should start to feel a difference. 🤞

After a few hiccups with payment, the Elevate powder arrived quickly. It took a little while to get used to the sweetness of the powder.
Having said that it has really worked for me. I have had a bad back since last summer making it painful to stand for long and to drive within a couple of weeks I realised I had done a three hour trip without any discomfort. I suffer from psoriasis and my nails have always been fragile and would split but since taking Elevate they are much stronger. I would recommend giving it a try.

Wonderful product. I’m in the perimenopause and was looking for the best collagen supplement and I’m glad that I discovered Elavate. I’ve been only taking it for a week, I know it’s still early, but my nails are already stronger! I will stick to it and see the results!!

Scam. They entice you with stupid links and money off, but they do not fulfil their promises. The product is clumpy and you need a good quality blender to make the drink smooth.

Only been on elevate a couple of weeks but already feeling less tired. It’s delicious to take as a milkshake , both vanilla and chocolate. Also tastes ok in water if you can’t have milk . Looking forward to more results as I get more into it.?

Absolutely love the flavours of the collagen. Purchased a bundle and got some great free gifts. The frother is fantastic. I ordered the chocolate which I mix with hot milk, so yummy. I was given vanilla and the unflavoured in a sachet to try. I really appreciated this as I now know I like the other flavours. I mixed those with my latte again delicious. I've definitely found a winner

I was recommend by a friend to try elevate for collagen benefits & for my immune system.
Last year I was ill with every virus going but since taking elevate I’ve noticed a massive improvement with my health.
Additionally my skin has improved with lines appearing finer around my eye area.

Im finding this to be a great product being on it now 5th month ..Its definitely helping my hair which is very thin more so with menopause..

There comes a time in life. When at a certain age you realise you need a little bit of assistance and elevate collagen products has been the thing for me having a subscription set up and regular delivery that I can adjust as and when. Really does make things a lot easier

I like the product i have been taking it for 6 weeks I’ve gone for flavourless and add it to tea or coffee in the morning. Not seeing results yet but still early I have noticed an improvement in my joint pain but not sure if this is due to elevate or the uk sunshine starting to come out.i am 36 with IBD and type 2 diabetes. My biggest problem is with the website it is run by an AI that calls themself Alex but lacks human touch there is no clear way to log into your “account” and cancel or amend your order/subscription then when you do manage to got through all the pop ups, that are designed to trip you up and keep your subscription, you will then get bombarded with email offering enticing deals to get you to subscribe again but if for whatever reason you decide to take up one of these deals they are empty promises.There’s no way to add them to your cart or subscription, I have been emailed saying there is credit added to my account or 50% off for 2 months and non of it works or is true no credit on my account because essentially you don’t really have an account because the website is so rubbish. all in all the website is very poorly run and leaving AI to push sales and nothing more doesn’t work! And will not keep customers coming back.
