2 pieces wer missing…and 1 piece was…
2 pieces wer missing…and 1 piece was sent extra that wasn’t required…also there was a broken piece, and the delivery vehicle broke down(which is just bad luck)…so rather poor tbh!

Very pleased with my 6x4 potting shed, overall a quality product for the price . Delivered spot on time
A couple of nails needed hammering home & the odd screw straightening up but it’s a shed !
One small piece was missing when checking instruction parts but was soon rectified after a courtesy call to me & arrived two days later . Painted all outside panels & edges with 3 coats of paint of Ronseal before assembling on my own & all went together very well .

Shed looks good now that it is built…
Shed looks good now that it is built but a few things occurred which mean only a 3 star review. The delivery happened at 7pm in the dark (and had to be put around the back of the house in the dark) after I had specifically taken a day off work to receive during normal hours which was annoying. I had to sign not checked for quality or quantity.
When assembling it was missing one component which supports the main roof support I had a piece of wood which is not quite the same size but does the job.
One of the wall panels had most of the nails missing the vertical strengtheners so I had to remove them and re nail.
The doors were difficult to fit and had to be planed along with the bottom weather strip. Similar but less severe for the windows.
The assembly instructions were good and the shed does look good. I have a couple of left over glass window beads.

8x12 Shed and Veranda
11 Sep: Ordered shed with 1-2 week delivery forecast.
22 Sep: enquired about delivery as no notification heard.
24 Sep: received acknowledgment that communication broke with supplier.
28 Sep: chasing manufacturer pending stock to complete order.
4 Oct: delivery scheduled for 12 Oct.
12 Oct: notified delivery was postponed to next day.
13 Oct: delivery received 8.00 am (32 days from order date)
Shipment stored in garage for several days till storm passed over but noticed quality of some panels did not reflect the marketing photos as they were decidedly rough cut.
Shed completed after several days but painting delayed due arrival of more storms.
On the plus side, all parts were present and clearly identified but extended delays took some of the joy from the project.

Pretty good - you get what you pay for
Ordering and organising delivery were very good. Delivery (by Forest Garden) was at the time arranged and the delivery people were friendly, well-formed and helpful. I think with the shed I would say I got what I paid for - it was one of the cheaper Forest Garden options. Some of the joints were a bit off but within acceptable tolerances. It has stood up well to the wild autumn weather in the past few weeks. The assembly instructions allowed us to assemble the shed successfully - videos by Forest Garden and others on the Forest Garden web site and on YouTube helped, but the process did involve a little head-scratching and we ended up ignoring one or two of the instructions.

Summer House with side shed…
I ordered a Summer House with side shed extension. What was delivered was 2 diff summer houses. I also got some parts that were mouldy/warped. It has taken 3 further deliveries and a lot of emails, pictures sent over the space of a month to finally get it right.
If something goes wrong then make sure you correct the mistake 1st time and not on the 4th attempt.
I was even offered a wooden planter as compensation and then that was retracted.

Excellent price
Excellent price. The shed was delivered within the time slot on the correct day. The driver was extremely friendly courtesous and helpful.
Only just erected this weekend, instructions were easy to use. My only thing was when joining the two window sides together my husband preferred to use his own 80 mm screws as they are double the thickness whereas you supplied 60 mm and to put at an angle, but it was our choice. Otherwise excellent and would highly recommend.

Good shed provided quickly and as described, and was kept informed throughout on progress with the delivery and when it would be received. Easy shed for self assembly and courteous and polite delivery driver. Recommended

Shire Walsoken Log Cabin
Pleased with price and communications. Log Cabin was delivered on time however one of the parts was missing. We contacted Shire directly and they sent the replacement part within 5 days. I would say double the time required to assemble as this cabin is difficult to build and comes with poor instructions but pleased with end result.
