IT’S A SHED
I was looking for a shed for hand garden tools, this one fitted the bill perfectly, the purchasing experience was very simple, I was updated at every level of the process from order to delivery, easy to put together, I did paint it to very similar colours as displayed on the website, it does look amazing, and to top it off it was very reasonably priced with free delivery

Forest Greenhouse…
Placing our order for Forest Greenhouse went really well. Unfortunately when it was delivered the automatic window opener was missing, which the driver delivering the greenhouse knew about. He advised that they would get the part to us. Also there is some split timber to at least two of the panels.

Two great products over the last 5 years.

Modular reverse apex 10x8 shed. Single door.
The ordering process was very well done.
The date of delivery was kept and the timing also prompt to the expectation given. 15/08/23
The delivery was excellent and the driver was very helpful.
As to the quality of the Modular shed with a reverse apex i would not recommend.
Its been made so that it fits well in the shipping process, lets assume from China. The modular name says it all. The floor and the roof are in four sections to be built. By fixing together the floor with screws. The roof sections to a cross beam and end panels and additional internal supports.There are two end panels with two additional apex pieces at each end to be attached.
The cross beam that holds the roof in place is in two pieces and needs to be screwed together using steel brackets. It does not do the job,the roof sags i had to go to local outlet and buy a full length of timber to do the job.
The side walls on a 10foot long shed are in three pieces per side, its fiddly and flexible regardless of being screwed together, However eventually built on a full concrete base it looks like a shed, longevity will only be seen with time.
perhaps the build it for you option was a better bet if you could live with the lead times

A solid piece of kit!
Once all the pieces had been removed from the pallet, itemised, ordered and numbered the cabin went together with only the usual expected hiccups. Probably best not to attempt self assembly unless you are a competent DIY-er!

Very poor product that arrived damaged and with missing items, then I experienced the worst customer service, I will never deal with these people again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Great shed with excellent build…
Great shed with excellent build quality. Delivered earlier than expected. Most complex self assembly I have done but both Elbec and the supplier were extremely helpful with advice and solutions. Instructions were generic and would
have helped to have specific instructions for size shed 8x13. A tip for the reader; do as much preconstruction as possible before assembly. With roof panels only fix two top screws until all roof panels are in place. Read and reread the instruction manual. You will end up with a great shed.

Lack of responsibility and poor quality merchandise
I was sold a bill of goods that was not fit for purpose and Elbec refused to accept responsibility / constantly referring to the manufacturer (Forest Garden) comments on the issue.
My business transaction was with Elbec solely and your relationship with the manufacturer is not my concern.
