It worked well. Good selection of toys and managed to find a good present fairly easily after racking my brains for weeks. Was pleased with the prompt delivery, despite all the problems with other delivery options pre Christmas. Would use them again.

Placed an order on 11th Nov. By the 30th I had heard nothing. I tried to contact them by Whats app, by phone & by chat box. No response at all. Then, today on 5th December they 'Thanked me for returning the item' & refunded me! I have never had the item in the 1st place & the birthday I ordered it for has come & gone. Never again!

Easy ordering, plenty of choice .. fast delivery in great secure packaging.

I tried to place an order and for some reason it didn't process but the money still came out of my account. However a quick live chat with am amazing lady called Nadia and it was sorted and my order was on its way.

Ordered a couple of bits for my daughters second birthday and unfortunately 2 items arrived damaged. I used the online chat to see if I would be able to exchange them and Nadia was amazing and sorted out replacements with express shipping which I did not expect at all. Was super appreciated

Nadia was really helpful. For some reason even though I put my step daughter's name on the order, it still showed as mine on the confirmation... Nadia showed me what was needed, and hopefully my step daughter can pick it up ok.
I cannot believe it is so complex to pick up an order. I live 90 minutes away from her and her local entertainer, so I cannot give her either my passport or driving license (as required), but I can at least email her my order confirmation as proof. Hopefully that will be enough to an pick up an £11 toy.
I get her having my personal id for a high value item, a watch or jewellery, but a toy?

brilliant and efficient service by nadia. thankyou so much resolved my query very quickly. i was unsure as to whether some wwe figures were in stock in my local store. she provided me with the store number and within minutes i rang the store and they kept them behind till for me. very happy.

If I could give this company a lower rating I would. I'm suprised I'm managing to find the energy to complain about this lot. I sent them video evidence of a faulty toy and they said they would get back in touch but nothing! The woman on chat was quite rude to me too telling me she would wait and then when I went off to make a video of the problem sent me a message saying "Hello Hello"we could do it a different way, this after me asking was she prepared to wait while I took the video, convert it (as they take tiny files only) and then upload it. She then disconnected without saying goodbye or anything else after changing her mind and saying send it via email which I knew and said to her we would have to do in the firsts place. These people think that everyone has a bloody phone that takes video and is connected to everywebsite. I'm a human I'm not a moron phones are not my life. Now nothing in 5 days after a supposedly 48hr repsonse time. What a disgrace. If I don't hear anything I will be contacting paypal and show them the dodgy toy. Beware of the shocking customer service and dodgy toys. Yes I am fuming you guessed right!
PS. why do these !diots always think I would use the same email on every single website I use?

Had a problem with an online order, ordered it for a birthday present which was the same day, was told it would be ready within 30 mins to collect but then received an email 5 mins later to advise me 5 working days. The advisor Fraser was very helpful and sent me a gift voucher to use in store instead of having to wait for a refund. Thank you :)
