I bought a electric bike from electroheads after watching many of their reviews on YouTube over the past 1.5 years.
I am now a owner of the Eskuta 250 and my commute to and from work osnow an absolute pleasure 👌👍❤

Excellent service and E-Bike

Watched several Electroheads E-Bike review videos on YouTube before picking the one that suited my needs best.

Followed the simple steps to order via the Cycle to Work Scheme.

My E-Bike and Accessories arrived in a timely manner.

Excellent customer service, I would order again in the future.

Purchased e-bike

Purchased e-bike, helmet and chain using the Cycle2work scheme. Videos were very useful in helping make an informed choice. There happened to be a couple of issues with accessories ordered, but Electroheads followed up my emails with a phone call and issues were resolved to my satisfaction. Would happily recommend.

Ok but could improve

Made initial order. Stated 3-5 days for delivery. But apart from acknowledgment I’d paid , nothing heard for 10-12 days. Then delivery company messed up. But was sorted in end. Bike packed well and arrived in good condition. Electroheads are excellent at keeping us informed and making good videos. A suggestion Maybe with each type of bike they sell the team do a ‘set up your bike ‘ video. As some of the instructions that come are not great and I’m sure the electroheads team could do a great job. It was my first on line bike purchase and I’m sceptical of doing it again.

Plenty of relevent information on the....

Plenty of relevent information on the website. Scooter arrived in working order, and came in good time. The only issue I had was the box was heavily damaged on one of the corners. Luckily the scooter works fine so far.

Really knowledgeable, fast delivery, great customer service.

I had a really pleasant experience buying a bike from this company. I used a cycle to work scheme and the bike was with me within the week (I managed to get the last one despite it showing sold out online). I also ordered items which weren’t in stock and these arrived with me as soon as they came back in stock without any issues.

A review to give some consideration...

I have ordered a bike from this company, 2 weeks later, still not arrived.
Upon purchase (6/11/23), I was informed that I would be notified via email with tracking information when it would be sent out.
End of the week (10/11/23) and no information provided. I contacted Customer Services who said "it usually takes a day or 2 to process before we send you shipping information"... I had to inform them that it has been a week, so why has it not been processed? They rebuttled quickly that it was at Day 2 of shipping, and the bike should be with me in 3-5 working days (as it usually takes 5-7 working days). Okay, fair enough... I'll wait a bit longer.

Week 2 - Wednesday (15/11/23), I contact CS about no tracking details again, to which I am informed "We are still preparing to dispatch the orders and trying to source new boxes to package the bikes. We are expecting some boxes to arrive with us tomorrow."...??? Excuse me? I was told it had been shipped. I also paid £30 for shipping and you don't have boxes after 9 days? I request a refund here or to give me tracking details, to which I was told I should receive my Bike Monday (20/11/23) - which I have not got.

Note as well - I bought an EX-DISPLAY Bike. There is no international shipping to wait on or anything like that. There is no excuse that it should have taken this long to process.

I have attempted to contact them today, demanding a refund as there is clearly no bike waiting for me, with no answer.

Their customer service has been all lip service. There clearly are no bikes otherwise they wouldn't have lied to me twice. I would happily change my review if I am proven wrong, however the time it has taken so far has been ridiculous.

Edit: Tuesday (21/11/23) I got a text from FedEx with my tracking information confirming my bike has been dispatched and will be with me on the 22nd by 11am.

On the 22/11/23, I received my bike at 10:30am, it finally arrived. I have had a conversation with the owner of Electroheads via text to apologise for the issues that have occurred and that he is going to look back at the conversations had. He has been very pleasant about the situation where I have told him I've had no issue with prices, don't want reimbursement or the likes, I just don't like being lied to.

I have changed my review from 1 star to 3 star - This company is NOT a scam, but the Customer Service side of things just need to be more open and honest. If I was just told that there has been a delay on the shipping from the first instance I messaged them, I would have had no issues, and would have happily given a 5* review.
The bike has been great, I've used it for my commute the end of this week and have shaved a lot of time off of travels.

Excellent communicative customer…

Excellent communicative customer service. There was a stock issue with the bike I ordered, and unfortunately it showed with a couple of issues. However, this was a manufacturer problem and Electroheads have been brilliant with communication and with helping me get it sorted.

In the end I took it to a local bike shop, which Electroheads encouraged (in the past I've bought a bike and been told that the only option is to return otherwise it would void warranty). The bike shop fixed the issue and Electroheads sorted a manufacturer refund for the cost of that.

Overall quite a complicated purchase, but Electroheads have done everything they can to help.

Very impressed, and will recommend them to others.
