The knowledge of the sales team is amazing and I listen to their advice and have purchased numerous items based on this and I’ve never been let down.
The delivery service is equally excellent.

Absolutely shocking customer service.
I ordered a PA system from them which came without the advertised speaker cables. I called and was promised they would be dispatched, 4 days later I chased them and was told nothing had been arranged! So a next day delivery would be sorted so I could still use the equipment for a function coming up. I call the next day to track the shipment and the cables still hadn’t been dispatched! They offered no solutions to a problem caused by them, now faced with either passing on a booked job or returning the item and purchasing from a store I was then told I would have to pay for packaging to send it back.
Avoid this company as they do not care about their customers or resolving issues caused by their own lack of ability to check a package before sending and continued failure to rectify it!

Excellent customer service, when the parcel was delayed they made sure the courier delivered it next day, as for the DJ Stand, great value for money on the Voynx DBE100 a quality bit of kit

Fantastic set up and great price, sounds brilliant, good delivery times and information when delivery to be done etc. Will definitely be using again in the future if more kit needed.

Following your response I have now changed to 1 star review. You completely fail to address or understand - The selection criteria on that platform was for a 12" and the model I was after as advised. You sent the 15" then put me through a refund process where I have not to date received ANY refund even as you suggested that tells me you can not advise a person they received their money back when I Have not!! This failure was a dual responsibility of the business and customer. I was prepared to still purchase the correct model but you refused to engage fairly nor to adapt to the circumstances. In my opinion I would not recommend you purely from in my opinion poor customer service.

++++++++++++++++++××××+++Tried to purchase a VONYX VSA500BP 12-Inch Portable PA System with Wireless Mic & Headset | Battery-Powered Portable PA Speaker | Versatile Sound System on Amazon. I was instead sent the VONYX VSA700-BP 15" Portable PA Active Speaker System, Big Bluetooth Speaker with Battery, Wireless Handheld and Headset Bodypack Microphones, Powered PA, Rechargeable Battery - 1000W. THis was too big and too heavy for the purchase purpose so tried to send this back and replace. Negative poor service from their agents in my opinion and failed to understand this was not my fault. This company would have still had a purchase had they understood and responded positively. I was FORCED to return item at my own expense and then this company withheld £45 off my refund on top of this. A total lack of understanding and customer service.
I have reported this company to Amazon and will place a chargeback for my withheld monies. Think twice if a future purchase is required.

I wanted to order a decent karaoke set up but had no knowledge/experience/clue! The Electro Market website seemed comprehensive and reasonably priced. Mike in their sales team was extremely helpful and patiently answered my barrage of questions(some of which I am sure were daft). I ordered yesterday afternoon, arrived this morning. DPD also did a great job with their communication and timings and the driver was very helpful. Well packed and although not set it up yet (I'll need my teenage son for that) thus far its been a brilliant service all round. "Credit where credit is due".

I am happy with the service I received, I ordered a electric guitar for my granddaughter who is taking lessons, quick delivery and good customer service, packaged well and great product everything she needs to continue with her guitar lessons thanks.

I think” great “ is a bit of an exaggeration delivery & packaging of radio were fine & radio itself is very good & is nice to look at still can’t get Boom radio on DAB but can on line so all good there

Rapid delivery and decent kit. No damage, no issues.
Their sales staff are rather knowledgeable too - which helps when wanting to compare various options.

Having placed my order it was expedited rapidly and the items on order arrived very quickly.
However. One of the boxes was damaged upon receipt, but the item itself was ok.
Having said that, in error, I ordered items that weren’t suitable for my needs and had to return them.
Again, the process was simple enough and the RMA labels arrived very quickly.
All in all. A good company to deal with and I’ll be back again once I am sure of what I need.

I bought a speaker system but overestimated the power requirement for the occasion. I spoke with customer services who were very helpful and guided me through the return process. I duly arranged and paid for the return of the large package and have received a full refund within a few days. Excellent service and an amazing range of products.

Delivery was on time and goods arrived just as we expected in good condition.

Good value for money.

Unfortunately, I was sent the completely wrong item. An amp was ordered, and a classical guitar was received.

When an email from them stated .
'The earliest we can do this is the 22nd May'. for an exchange, and my reply was ' yes that's no problem, would you be able to find out what sort of time it would be? ' When they replied, stating they couldn't confirm the time, not asking for confirmation if I wanted to continue, not stating they wouldn't arrange it on the date spoken about unless I confirmed? Poor communication on that front. I assumed as I already confirmed the date was not a problem, that the exchange was arranged.
We waited until 1530 to call and chase, as we know most of our local delivery men, and were told the exchange was never arranged because they didn't confirm that it was done and stated 'We did not have any confirmation that you wanted to do the exchange'. Even though I already had confirmed the date was fine i was just curious if times were given.

No resolution was given apart from me having to pay for another Amp and next-day delivery. Or wait until after my son's birthday for it to be swapped as their couriers do not do exchanges on weekends.

Was told that no goodwill gesture of resending out the correct item could be done until the wrong item was returned first.

Returned the item myself to an Evri drop-off point. Assured a refund will happen once the item is back with them, however, this doesn't help. I have today and the weekend to resolve a main part of my son's present on Monday, and I have to pay again regardless for their errors!. Safe to say I won't be using them again, and certainly if an item is needed for a present.
