E. L. Gas Connections  Reviews

I am very much thankful to Ian and the team for the friendly, patient and professional service to get the connection sorted for our office conversion... due to the complications on the previous owners register on the MPRN etc. surely I could not get this sorted so smoothly if it was not for their patient support and assistance...

Excellent service, gave clear helpful advise. Nothing was to much trouble and sorted a commercial gas meter in no time. Great from start to finish.

Not a straight forward installation as our industrial unit did not initially have an independent address but Ian was very helpful in resolving the issues and gave clear and helpful advice throughout the process.

Excellent service. Highly recommend, pleasure to speak to someone knowledgeable.

My 5 stars goes to Ian Coull who provided good quotes, consistently above average personable service, was always contactable by mobile, and kept calm and on the case when the appalling service from Cadent, Triio, SMS and Gasworks held up our live gas date by 10 weeks.
The gas and water utility companies are beyond belief in their incompetence, and one needs an E L Gas to guide you through it. All they need to do now is take on water connections as well!

Very good service everything been done on time highley recomemmed

Ian has given me a first class service from start to finish, nothing has been to much trouble and Ian has been highly efficient sorting out both my Gas and Electricty for my new business premises.
I would highly recommend Ian as a broker and will definitely be using him for all my future energy requirements.

I was reluctant to use an energy broker as they do not have the best of reputations but I needed a gas meter fitted quickly which wasn't going to happen by going direct to the major players.
Ian had the job sorted in no time and at a good rate and no up-front meter charge. Top job, I will definitely use them again.

Great contact, service and thorough. Would highly recommend.

Great service very friendly staff..
Did everything they said they would do on time...cheapest price I got quoted by far..
Highly recommended this company...
5 star all the way.

Ian is great at his job. I am not accustomed to getting any gas meters installed so wasn’t very sure how to go on about it but Ian explained the whole procedure and did all the work. He kept me posted about all the appointments and followed up so I didn’t miss anything. I highly recommend them!

Thanks to Ian for his knowledgeable advice and great all round service.

Ian works hard in the background to make things happen. He took a considerable amount of pressure of us for our new restaurant opening. Would highly recommend.

It's a once in a lifetime/decade experience that you go through, but it has to be done if you want to get a gas supply.

Ian got anything done that was needed to get a gas meter fitted and a gas supply contract sorted.

Excellent - would defenatly recommend this company. Great coustomer service !

I approached E.L.Gas connections ltd to get a new gas connection to my small business, the service was second to none, with competitive prices also dealt the situation in a smooth way and response was very quick. Thanks guys they have done very good job
So happy with it

Very helpful and excellent customer services. Provided me with the best rates and helped me complete all the paperwork for transfer to new energy provider and supply of new gas meter.

I wold recommend E L Gas Connections Ltd over any other mainstream gas provider, as they were efficient and reasonably priced. I was kept up to date throughout the process and everyone arrived promptly when they said they would. Overall a great service and i would happily use them again in the future.
