E. L. Gas Connections  Reviews

Very helpful and always available for updates and to answer any questions or queries. Gas was connected on schedule and the work was carried out efficiently and professionally. I have no reservations about recommending this company to others.

We dealt with Ian for the Gas supply to our new property, the service was excellent and it was good value for money. It was nice to have the personal touch with a Company, someone to understand your requirements and help achieve what you need, but at a reasonable cost.

Straightforward and good value

After drifting through the mine field and trying to understand the procedures required to have a new gas main fitted to my premises, I came across E.L. Gas and Ian. Up to this point I had experienced bad attitude, take it or leave it, 8 to 10 weeks to undertake and ridiculous variations in price.
I contacted E.L. Gas, like a breath of fresh air Ian explained the entire procedure in terms I could fully understand. His price was very good, his attitude was great, even though I phoned him back several times he was always pleasant and informative. He kept me informed with progress and delivered on time. His workmen were very professional, arrived on time, did a fantastic job and left NO mess. 10 out of 10 for Ian and E.L. Gas.

Very professional, knowledged and competent company. Definetely recommended and will use this company in the future.

The service I received was first class. The work was completed on time and in a very professional manner.
Ian was very helpful and I would recommend the company to any interested parties

My meter installation and gas supply contract were put in place very quickly, communication by E.L Gas connections was second to none.
A very competent and professional company.

I was a bit wary to begin with but E.L.Gas Connections Ltd took care of everything and helped every step of the way. The result was that I got a hassle free gas connection at a price that suited me.

Cannot praise this company highly enough. Their price was very, very competitive but, perhaps more importantly, the work has been done extremely well and in a very short timescale (barely 6 weeks since my first approach to them). Ian has been very understanding, communicating and explaining things to me every step of the way, and has shown the patience of a saint, I think, dealing with my worries since the start. Ours was probably just a minnow of a job to them (new meter & supply pipe to a pub) but I didn't get that feeling from them in our dealings. I have no reservations at all recommending this company.

E. L GAS arranged for us to be connected to a medium pressure main when National Grid refused. NG told us we could only be connected to a low pressure main a considerable distance away - at a potentially enormous cost. After contacting independent providers the work was possible and we initially intended to do the excavation work ourselves to keep costs down. However the quote from E L Gas for the full work and reinstatement was cheaper than others quoted just to install the pipes in a pre dug trench. Communication from Ian was excellent and all questions were answered in a timely fashion. All arrangements were made by Ian and all I had to do was turn up on the day to ensure site access. I would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone in similar circumstances.

Unlike all the call centre staff that I spoke to at the other companies that I rang, Ian actually knows what he is talking about. Within a couple of minutes he had looked at our site on Goggle maps and Street View and saw a possible option that saved us thousands.
Everything ran smoothly from then on. On time and on budget.

I would certainly use E.L Gas Connections for all our sites in the future, fill in the application form and E.L do the rest - simple!

Informative and easy to deal with, answered questions in layman's language and didn't make you feel in any way awkward asking.

Price was good, service was friend and very good communication.
A whole thing just go very smoothly and promising.
Thank you
