My vacuum cleaner stopped

My vacuum cleaner stopped. They refuse to fix it and to change the item, and claim that I opened the motor!! This is insane. I`ll never ever buy anything there anymore.

8 days after I paid no information about goods. They are not answering the phone, they are not answering my mails. No idea what is going on. Seems like they steal my money. I can’t believe it can be this way, this bad.

No return policy

We purchased a mobile phone from Ellipso Store and even though IT was never used, it couldn’t be exchanged. Unfortunately, the phone didn’t suit an elderly person. Although it’s advertised as being designed for seniors, it simply wasn’t user-friendly enough. The store refused to exchange it, citing consumer protection laws or something similar. But honestly, that kind of attitude toward customers is a big zero.

I received an Instax camera as a…


I received an Instax camera as a birthday gift and, unfortunately, I was disappointed because I had hoped for a different model. The day after the purchase, the camera was handed to me and I immediately went to your store with the intention of exchanging it — less than 24 hours had passed, and the camera had not been used.

Unfortunately, I was told that exchanges are not allowed due to “store policy,” and I wasn’t even able to speak to anyone in person — I was simply told to send an email. I was honestly shocked by such an approach. The gift is basically wasted, along with the money that was spent. The camera remains untouched, and I have no way to do anything about it.

I am deeply disappointed with your store policy, which allows no room for understanding or flexibility in cases like this. I believe it is in the interest of any serious retailer to accommodate such situations — especially when the product is brand new, unused, and returned within the shortest possible timeframe.

By refusing this exchange, Elipso is directly violating consumer protection rights.

malfunction of the device

We bought a new dishwasher; we wanted quality, so money was not an issue. We bought a pretty expensive LG dishwasher because they told us it was the best, and BOSCH Germany was unable to purchase it. However, after just three washings, the dishwasher was reporting a mistake that a service had come to fix; they were saying it was a configuration mistake, bla bla. Then, after just 5 washings—again,  a mistake—the service claims we have to change your motor. Can you believe that in less than a month, the dishwasher is not working? They sold us a malfunctioning, expensive product, and they do not want to send us a new one or give us our money back. Imagine if you bought a new car and in less than a month you had to change the engine. They are completely avoiding the law and do not even reply to our emails. I am disgusted and will never purchase anything there.

Fast delivery, bad packaging

Fast delivery, but the package was wrapped in transparent foil without any protection. The box came damaged, nothing major, but since it was supposed to be gift it is not really nice.
The package should be wrapped in bubble wrap at least, for protection. Also it is not really great to send packages in see-through packaging for everyone to see.

No customer service, you are on your own

They have shipped Samsung washing machine without factory warranty, now the machine is broken, and I'm waiting 20 days for their reply after first initial reply that they will ask manufacturer for a warranty. Numerous mails are sent without reply and I don't think they will reply.
