The money I spent was a credit from Elite, only because I was on top of Elites push to make me spend. I read every message they sent and caught them at their own game.
Also, I asked if the products that Elite sell are 3rd party test, to which their answer was “they don’t know”. In other words the products could be bulked out with fillers.
I will never order from Elite Supplements again

Regarding the 15% offer, we did investigate this with our team and, once we confirmed the discount had not been applied as intended, we provided you with a 15% store credit as a goodwill gesture.
In relation to your question about third-party testing, we understand why this is important. Elite Supplements does not manufacture the products we sell, and testing and quality assurance are managed by the individual brands and manufacturers. We therefore don’t want to claim that every creatine product we stock has undergone independent third-party testing when we do not have confirmation of this for every product. We recommended contacting the relevant manufacturer because they are best placed to provide accurate information about their specific testing and quality assurance processes.

Awful customer service, poor packaging.
Awful customer service. Due to a mistake Elite had made (and tried extremely hard to call me a liar and say it was my fault) my order was sent to the wrong address and then took so much longer to get delivered when I paid $32 for express shipping. Then when I received my package it was put into a bag unprotected and the protein powder had spilt everywhere. I couldn’t be bothered dealing with customer service again so just left it. Waste of time and $130.

We did investigate the delivery issue with the information available to us at the time. Our system showed the order had been submitted without the unit number, which was the information then provided to Australia Post.
We’re also disappointed to hear that your order arrived with the protein powder damaged and spilled. This is certainly not how we want an order to arrive, and we would have been more than happy to look into this for you had we been given the opportunity.
