I have been using Elvie Stride pump well with my baby for a few months when suddenly the pump sucked milk backwards into the tubing one morning and made a funny noise. Contacted Elvie support who advised me that they would send me a new hub as this is under warranty but the washable parts were not and I would need new tubing (single connect kit). I was also incorrectly told that I needed new cups for the pump as they were damaged based on a photo I sent - however on further investigation by myself I have found out they were not damaged and on questioning this with Elvie they confirmed they made a mistake the first time round and they were indeed a different model and not damaged (probably trying to make me purchase even more new parts as a money making scheme).
I have now tried to buy the single connect kit from multiple recommended retailers in the list they have sent me and it is not available at any of these stockists and it is out of stock on the Elvie website. I now have no way of pumping to feed my baby and have been sent a second hub for the pump by Elvie but that is still rendered completely useless as I have no way of attaching the cup and hub together as i cannot find anywhere in the UK with the connect kit in stock. Elvie are unable to provide me with any helpful advice other than to keep checking stock and ring round other retailers. It feels very pointless to have a 2 year warranty on one part of the pump and replace this, if I am still unable to use the pump because no other parts are available for it. I am now going to have to buy a whole new pump in order to feed my baby at a cost to me and her as no doubt the stress and time wasted with only a hand pump has affected my milk supply - the service is shocking for a company that claims to be the best in supporting mums with their feeding journeys.
I also waited to hear from the escalation team regarding the matter who didn’t even open conversation regarding this, they just sent an email which had no additional information and just stated the same solution of signing up to waitlist for the item to come in stock. Again, showing a lack of understanding of the feeding journey and how much problems such as this will affect a mum’s supply.
The whole experience has been totally unsatisfactory and their help with finding a solution for a broken pump. On asking to submit a formal complaint I was told there is no formal complaints contact and that the conversation in WhatsApp is the only method of complaining. Another unsatisfactory service from such a big company.
If you’re wondering whether the Elvie pumps are worth it based on their warranty and customer service, my advice would be no. Go for another pump that is cheaper to start with and that will hopefully help their customers on their feeding journeys rather than offer unhelpful solutions that just cause more anxiety and time wasted.

I am frustrated beyond reason at trying to contact this company. Despite following their instructions to contact them I keep getting emails saying 'this email is no longer in use' . Go to website and am directed to an International address. This item arrived the next day after ordering. It definitely came from a UK dispatch. I need to return a manual pump ordered in error. I was told an item was being shipped last week and I never received a tracking number. The estimated shipping time was 2-3 business days and it arrived 6 days later.

I had a problem with my Elvie Pump. It wouldn't turn on when I charged it. I wrote to customer service and they fixed it within three days. I received the replacement device within three days and was able to continue pumping milk for my baby. They're excellent.

pump broke down within 1 month. Replacement part was not in stock and I was told to wait.
2 months gone by and parts are still not in stock.
I was told i would be contacted within 24-48 hours by the escalation team, but I wasn't contacted.
Tried to reach out to Elvie again but now there is no ai bot response anymore so it seems i'm blocked.
I advise everyone not to trust this company. They wont keep their word.

I have been using the elvie for a year and while the convenience of having a wearable pump is appealing, the reality is that it is not effective, it leaks frequently and despite it being "hands-free" you still have to sit, hold it to your breast, and not move to get any significant yield. Do not waste your money on this product.

Item is broken. Reached out to obtain replacement under warranty. Was told it was ordered but now I have been waiting for the factory for over a week. This is my primary pump.
This is a known issue with the elvie strides, yet I am unable to purchase the cups and the connector cords for the elvie stride 2.

My pump was supposed to ship in 3 business days. It has been over 2 week and no one can tell me where it is or if it’s even coming. I’ve reached out to support multiple times and they always end the conversation saying I will receive an update via email and I never do after the session. You guys product was faulty and now my pumping experience is ruined because I’ve been without a pump for so long.
