Great experience assisting me with sorting out my mortgage for my new house and a big thank you to Anne Page for helping me navigate the same and purchase from start to finish. My financial situation was very complex as it was not what you would call a normal sale and purchase. I sold my property privately, and the house I purchased was also a private sale. To add to this I also had to sort out the remaining help to buy interests in my old property. And assisted me in getting everything sorted, and from initial conversation to completion day only took 4 months. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

I had a great experience with EFS and specifically Wayne Danks, who handled my mortgage application. Wayne would send me regular updates and always made himself available for ad-hoc calls, patiently talking me through the process and keeping things as simple and straightforward as possible (without compromising on detail). The application went through quickly, with Wayne successfully finding a really good mortgage deal, one that surpassed my initial expectations. When the house purchase got delayed, Wayne kept on top of things, ensuring I was still getting the best deal possible.
