Bought a corner sofa set with table and bench seats last august , all was fine delivered on time etc but i have a cushion missing ive phoned, emailed and been promised that i will get a cushion but nothing has arrived and its been 8 months and i cant get hold of them via phone and no one is answering emails
Emelda Grace has restored my faith in genuine British customer service. I felt compelled to write a 5-Star review of this outdoor garden furniture brand, simply because of the care and attention of their delivery team.
The product quality speaks for itself, but when a brand actually uses their own local staff to deliver the garden furniture personally (instead of a 3rd party courier) and take the time to ensure we are happy with the time of arrival. Both guys were super polite and despite 30c heat on the day of arrival, they carried every box into our garden, unpacked and assembled every piece. Then they cleaned and polished the glass on the tables and removed all cardboard, etc.
In a world where online ordering leads to boxes being dumped on your doorstep, it is so pleasing to see small businesses delivering on their service promise. We are delighted with our garden set and genuinely happy to endorse this brand to anyone looking for a quality, well priced, outdoor furniture brand with fabulous aftercare.
So we bought a patio set direct from Emelda Grace. Really pleased with the quality but as part of the set they sent a short bench rather than a long bench as promised. We have been trying to contact the company now for nearly 4 weeks to swap it over! No response to emails, phone calls or messages. Very disappointed in complete lack of customer service.
