They are a scammer! Please avoid this company! Do not transact and transfer money to this company!
they promised delivery but it's been almost 1 month i haven't received it. don't believe what they say. they are real scammers.

I had a fantastic experience ordering boxes through these guys. I dealt with Simon who went above and beyond working with me to get the design the way I wanted and at a good price. Honestly, i was a difficult customer yet Simon patiently worked with me. I can't recommend this company enough and the quality of the boxes is a lot more than I was expecting. Their customer experience is A1. Yes, this is a real review. Anyone is welcome to contact me and check out my website with their boxes full of my chocolates.

Leon's assistance with our packaging job was fantastic. He possesses excellent attention to detail which resulted in the job being delivered ahead of schedule with such precise measurements that it integrated with our existing packaging perfectly. I would happily and confidently work with Leon for our future packaging jobs.

This company has deceived us into buying products on their website. This company is not a registered trading company in Australia. They are a scammer! Please avoid this company! Do not transact and transfer money to this company! They have taken our money deceitfully. We reported them to the police and ASIC. We could have not recovered our funds without the help of fraud and regulatory processes lawfully actioned by our bank and our local police. This company Kolaxo trading as Emenac Packaging did not willingly refund our money. We have to go through the fraud and scam complaint process in order for us to recover our money. They deceitfully claimed they did not receive our funds and after that, we did not hear from them again. They only started interacting after our bank reported the scam to Citibank, which triggered a reversal/credit of the funds that we transferred and without this help from our regulatory bodies this company was not willing to acknowledge receipt of our money and sending products. We have to go through a long and tedious process in order to get back our money. They even went to the extent of threatening us into filing a case at the tribunal. Unduly forcing us to take out our review in google. If the same happened to you and you have been treated the same by this company. Please do not hesitate to report to all the regulatory bodies and your local police. When your operation (client orders etc) has been disrupted and it caused you financial losses as an outcome of their conduct. You can also file a case at the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (for consumers) and show all your evidence. For business go to small business tribunal and courts. Do not be afraid if they threaten and intimidate you that they will file a case against you. Stand your ground and show your evidence. Justice and truth will always prevail! Judges can see through deceitful motives.

Simon J has been a pleasure to do business with, he has made the process of ordering our custom mascara boxes a breeze!

Helped in the design and they corrected misprinted boxes, but they didn't tell me about the delay which was a little disappointing. Other than that, they were great to work with.

Our boxes arrived is about 1 week and they were exactly what we wanted!

I recently ordered several hundred boxes for two skincare products. I was very happy with the boxes. They arrived quickly and were packaged very well. The quality is excellent.
