What can I say about the service
What can I say about the service, from start to finish, I was made to feel welcome and not just the same old, just another customer approach. Helped with everything with my remortgage, all the heavy lifting was carried out by them as I just relaxed and waited for the good news. We have just completed our Remortgage with Emerald Finance & the whole process from start to finish was completely stress free! Due to the interest rate increase, we were very worried about how this would affect us financially considering we haven't had to review our mortgage for the last 5yrs. Emerald not only found us the best deal but each time the rates reduced they contacted us confirming they had secured a better deal for no extra money! We were definitely looked after!
