It's been a week and I still don't know when my order will be shipped

Everything was great : product, fees and delivery.

Good products. However if you are placing an order, I wish you that everything goes as planned or it is chaos.

My parcel got lost because the shipment address I had well provided was not placed correctly (only my city appeared). They would not help me find it my parcel and it cost me 60e of communication with UPS to retrieve it. Now they tell me they are not responsible for who I call. Thank you customer service, this was the worst experience ever.

In store experiance was quick and clear.
Shipping was fast.

The order was processed very quickly. Shipped quickly. When I had problems with tracking, I wrote to customer support, and they immediately answered and gave me detailed information. The order was delivered on the eighth day. No problems at all. Thank you!

Ordred a watch in start december and it arrived on time. I wrote them three times to get a returnlabel, but nothing happens. Do not order anything unless you want to keep it.
Theres is no phonenumber listed on the homepage, only a info-mail.
