Ordered a battery adapter as only place to have in stock online.5 days pass and hear nothing,so email them.only to told they no longer have it.why advertise something they don't have in stock.
Very disappointed as been waiting on this part :(

Firstly eModels has a great range of models & accessories. The staff are very knowledgeable and committed to delivering a very high standard of customer service with genuine enthusiasm. I personally made an incorrect order which they sorted out for me with one quick phone call. emodels will always be my first go to online model store.

I received an email saying my kit had been dispatched and would be with me in a couple of days. 3 days later and no kit with the tracking info saying that it had not arrived at the post office.
After emailing the company I got the standard fob off email saying they would look into it - no apology.
Got no follow up from them looking into it so emailed them again with the same fob off email.
Another 2 days go by and the kit will be with me soon according to the post office who now have it.
I am still waiting for the apology and follow up from my last email but I will not be holding my breath.
The kit was obviously not sent out when they said it was - just be honest about what is going on.
As I have been treated so shabbily I have cancelled another kit that I had on pre-order because this company does not deserve my custom any more.
There are plenty of other model shops out there.

UPDATE - STILL NO APOLOGY !!!!!

I recently had an issue with a voucher I’d been given. I just couldn’t get it to work so I mailed the generic email address expecting to wait for weeks for a reply.
How wrong was I.
The very next day I had not just a reply but also a resolution.
I’ve bought lots in the past and everything always turns up as ordered, well packed and a great price.
I’d struggle to go anywhere else for my kits and supplies.
Excellent customer service.

I can highly recommend emodels to everyone, they give great customer service ie an email when it's sent and tracking all the way, the kit was very securely packed so there's no damage in transit, the staff are very friendly and will have no hesitation in going back as from ordering to receiving it only took 3 days, BUY WITH CONFIDENCE FOLKS 🙂✌️✌️✌️

I have made a quite a few purchases from this store. I will say that I had some small issues in the past but had spoke to the team and managed to sort it out. I have noticed now that my orders are very well packaged - along with competitive prices for the most part and a decent delivery time I am placing this company within my top 3 model shops world wide

A first time user of this company and I will certainly look no further to use anyone else. I have been principally dealing with Richard who has been a shining example of how to treat new customers. His professionalism and sense of care have been exemplary. Any query that I have had has been dealt with a marvellous sense of humour and a real sense of pride and integrity. He clearly loves working for the company and puts the customer first. I too, have been helped by James who has been equally impressive. It is just marvellous to see that companies such as eModels do exist. There is not enough praise and thanks given out much of the time but this company deserves all the 5 stars that it receives. What a friendly company this is! I bought a 1/12th scale model Bentley kit at a great price,and Richard and James couldn’t have done any better.They were so polite and helpful. I will definitely be dealing with them again.

I just bought a Schnellboot Crew set from eModels - the purchase I have made from them for quite a while and not a very big purchase either.
I had a lovley email from a chap called Richard to let me know he had personally handed over my parcel to the delivery company so it should be with me soon but to not hesitate to get in touch if there was a problem or the parcel didn't arrive. He also said a big thanksyou for my pruchase and how nice it was to hear from me again.
What outstanbding service! To cap it off, their website is pretty easy to navigate, has great stock and prices and doesn't charge like a bull for the postage.
I have made a mental note to make sure I use them to source more of my modelling stuff, both kits, tools and other stuff. They deserve my business I reckon.

I recently experienced an issue with a pair of plastic modelling nippers I had purchased from E- Models at the Telford show last November. After exchanging a few pleasant e-mails with James, the issue was quickly sorted and a replacement pair duly arranged.

The customer service skills at E-Models are always stellar..that's why they have so many happy modellers like me as clients!

Emodels are my go-to model shop. The staff are always pleasant and very happy to help with any questions I have. My orders are always quickly sorted and as they are a bus ride away I always use click and collect. A special thanks to Richie. The main roundels on my 1/24 Spitfire badly slivered, for some reason and Richie explained how to safely remove them, ordered replacements whilst I was in the shop and rang me 48 hours later to say they had arrived and were ready for collection. Amazing service and excellent stock and prices.

I wanted to buy an RC model car kit but had need of some advice as well as having several questions about the model that I was interested in. I’d searched around several sellers for advice and for competitive pricing as this was an expensive purchase for me. However, James at eModels stood out by far – he followed up immediately on my query and checked several things out for me. With such great customer service, and competitive pricing, I decided to put in an order. This was not only dealt with straight away but I also received a personal message from James, the manager and also one from Richard who packed up and posted my kit model. The kit arrived in first class condition, being superbly packed, and was exactly as specified. Really very please indeed and can whole-heartedly recommend. This is exactly how to run a business and get repeat customers.

Second time ordering from this company and I should have really learned my lesson from the first experience buy they were the only supplier that had a particular set of figures in stock other than ebay so thought I'd give them another go.
This will be the last time I use emodels I'm afraid.
This is the second time that I have paid good money to have a 48hr tracked royal mail delivery only for the order to take upwards of a week to arrive.
I am aware that there has been a bank Holiday weekend which I had taken into consideration but that notwithstanding if my order was only started processing on Tuesday morning then why on Saturday have I still not received my express delivery order ?
I myself work in retail/trade environment where customers service and communication is paramount and I'm afraid that if my company displayed such a shoddy attitude towards customer needs we would have gone bust many moons ago.
Very disappointing but not surprising.

High level of customer service, both swift and helpful. A great range of products that are competitively priced. Happy to be a repeat customer.
