Great so far
I bought my Empava cooktop online and it was delivered sooner than expected, so that was great. The installation was quite easy too. I basically took my old cooktop out and dropped in the new one. I did have to reuse my old gas line adapter for the gas hose connection. The Empava looks nice and started up great! I’ve only had it for a week so I don’t know how durable it’s going to be long term.

I called the technical assistance line twice during the install/test process, and both times my calls were quickly answered by a friendly and helpful representative. and my questions were quickly and clearly answered. Very pleased with the products quality for the price, and VERY impressed with the customer service.

No QC at all, be aware.
First of all, it does work on a basic level. But the quality is horrendous, so the functionality feels more like luck than engineering. I have an empava cooktop that has done well for us so I expected similar quality in this wall oven and it just wasn't there. The knobs are crooked, the fan was slapping its enclosure, and every single screw on the outside body of the unit was loose or stripped. Honestly extremely poor quality control, but the oven does appear to function so far. Overall, the quality has unfortunately caused me to be wary of Empava products from here on.

This was the second oven I got
This was the second oven I got, the temperature jumps all around and will not stay at 350 degrees, we called and 2 managers told me it’s supposed to do that and there is nothing they can do. Do not buy this wall oven it is the worst. It won’t even stay at 350!!

I ordered the item and was told it would ship within a few days. When i called in to ask why it didn't ship, I was RUDELY informed that it wouldn't ship until Mid-December. The lady was extremely rude. I cancelled the order as a result.
