Received wall oven as stated

Received wall oven as stated. However, there was no paperwork with wall oven in box or oven....nothing to state a warranty, or anything. Or proper wiring hookup... I'm happy with oven, but where's paperwork??

My stove just showed up

My stove just showed up. The third one. The first one vanished.second one is dented in and the box has a large dent/tear in it. Finally got my stove. Im happy right now! Thanks Empanadas for working so hard to get me my stove finally. Shipping nightmare was not your fault.

Bought a 2 burner induction cooktop

Bought a 2 burner induction cooktop. Bought it over a year ago and just recently installed it in a new addition to home. Worked for about 3 days. Right burner worked fine. Left burner non-functional. Customer support chatbot(?) was initially very difficult to work with (as all chatbots are). Had much better luck once I was able to get through to a actual person. They agreed that unit was not working as it should and worked with me to get it replaced. Looking forward to getting a replacement. Have a 24 inch Empava wall oven that works like a charm so am looking forward to getting the matching cooktop replaced.

Larger items may require delivery help

Only challenge to delivery is that it's curbside for larger items and I needed a neighbor's help to get the item into place. Item was packed very well for shipping and driver was courteous.

Very happy with new oven

Oven was easy install. Seems to maintain accurate temperature which was very important for my baking. Only complaint is I can't find an extra rack and their wasn't a great cooking guide

Less than stellar experience

Less than stellar experience. Complete waste of my time. Made an Order for a stove top from Empava and my order was suddenly canceled without any explanation as to why. Seemed like a great deal but unfortunately, i had to make the purchase elsewhere and with a different brand.

Have ordered a oven, was scratched. Had a replacement come and the same thing.

Both ovens are scratched, not going to continue to send back.

Loud. Poor lighting. Nice appearance. Good suction.

We have had this installed for a few days now.
First impression? Disappointed.
It's loud (on the lowest setting) and the lights are too dim. We already miss our quieter and brighter older range hood.
On the positive side, the suction is very good and the appearance is nice. It's stainless steel after all.

The very dim lighting and the sound level on the lowest setting make me want to replace it. This is unfortunate because we paid an electrician to come and install it.

Someone finally called and listened to…

Someone finally called and listened to me about FedEx deliveries. The FedEx driver service guy is a scary rude man. I don’t want him on my property and I appreciate that your company is re-shipping my oven with UPS. Thank you very much.

Bad Customer Service

The representative I talked to on the phone, Amy, was very rude. She kept interrupting every time I went to explain my situation she would say to let her finish speaking and that I wasn’t understanding what she was saying, even if she wasn’t speaking or did not say anything previously. She made it very difficult to reach a resolution to the problem.

The price was better than the big box…

The price was better than the big box stores and the shipping was extremely fast. The range hood was well packed and arrived with no damage. This is the best range hood that I've ever had...instead of one puny fan the Empava had two large fans that really move the air...there's no comparison to the other hoods on the market at similar prices.

Customer service is great.

Looking online they run about half the price of other major bands and seem to have good reviews. Bought a range hood. First time broken and they agree to send another. Customer service is great.
