Simple oven that does the job
The oven was delivered on time and was not damaged.
It bakes and broils but I do not see any heating element on the bottom of the oven, so I am not sure how it bakes. The knob for the timer works except when it gets to 5 min. left. Then it stays at that position indefinitely. It does not come with it's own wiring. But we had wiring from the prior oven.

Love this oven
We replaced a working 1980's 3/4 size oven with this new one, and are very happy with it. The only thing is that it shows a temperature less than what was input, but the food is cooked to perfection. Will recommend to anyone. Beautiful product, in addition!!

Good air flow
Good air flow. A bit noisy even at low setting. LED lamps are weak <1watt each and too blue.

Gorgeous stovetop
I was hesitant to purchase this stovetop - only because I’d never heard of the brand, and the price was way lower than the major brands I’d researched, but after using it for over a week I’m very happy I did. I had it installed by a pro, so I have no idea the ease of that part, but it’s truly, in my opinion, a beautiful appliance. (I got the stainless steel one) I love how the grates can easily be lifted back for cleaning the main surface. I love the different options of the burners - my water boiled in NO time on the faster burner. I read the directions so that I’d be familiar with all the amenities. I also ordered directly from their website because I liked the reviews regarding the company’s great customer service. So far, Im very pleased!

My glass gas stove top shattered while I was cooking. I was very disappointed because I really loved my glass stove. I informed Empava of my misfortune and they quickly reached out to me to replace my stove. I would say thats awesome costumer service.

Quick turn-around time but delivery service not great
I ordered my beverage cooler from Empava and found the online experience to be easy. The appliance itself was delivered promptly and works great. No issues there. One thing I would caution others about is the free delivery service. The appliance was fairly heavy. One person showed up to deliver it with a hand cart that could not make it up a step. The appliance was tied to a wooden palate. The delivery person was going to leave it in my yard. It was not until I offered hi $20 cash that he agreed to help me move it inside my home and take the palate with him. I understand that we shouldn't expect white glove service with a free delivery, but this experience was concerning and would cause me to question doing business with Empava again.

Excellent choice
The kitchen hood I ordered arrived fast and the installation was really, I'm really happy with this unit. It's powerful and not noisy. The lights are great, and now when I cook I don't have to smell my food all the way to my bedroom. And the price. Excellent

Truly a great appliance
WE looked to see where it was manufactured and were pleased to see it in the USA. We have both an oven and a gas stove. Slow and danger cooking
The burners are too big, you can not use a small pot because the heat is going around the pot making the cooking long and creating a danger of burning yourself. Also, the top grid is too tall, and far away from the burners. Really bad and dangerous design of the cooktop. I'm sorry that I didn't return it when I could.

30 inch induction cooktop
Simple and easy to put in and love the way it works. The plus is the wife loves it. We wanted the 36 inch cooktop but didn't want to cut the granite. Definitely happy with our choice. We will be back again for something different.

Ordered 2 venthoods. They just got installed last night, about a week after they got delivered. Delivery was 4 days, it arrived on time and tracking the shipment was easy. They work well and product is just as described. Will recommend to friends
