Scam company

Scam company. They're supposed to be a UK company but their products come from China. They said ""allow for at least 2 days for delivery" and they provide you with a shipping tracking number and everything-- from "China Post". I kept checking at it says "delivered" but nothing ever came. I tried contacting the merchant and no response. When I tried to go through my bank to get my money back, they disputed it saying it was delivered. Total scam. Be warned.
