I think this all this companies product are worth it but the delivery is very awful so...

I once ordered with this company In 2018 and received my order however recently I ordered again with them on 29th Dec 2023 ,I have been trying to send them emails after emails but no reply from them,they do not have any phone numbers ,they don’t respond to their instagram messages. A very big scam their page should be taken down on instagram as this is misleading and stealing from people

This company just steals peoples money. I've made a 56$ oder and got nothing from them. I went and posted and their Instagram they just deleted all the comments so no one would read them. They are frauds!!!

So this is what’s going on, their scamming everybody. I placed an order July 2022 no items, no refund. They don’t even have a contact number. I know they better give me one or the other.

Ive placed and order since December 16th 2021, still have not received my order, no communication from anyone regarding when i will be but they still posting/ misleading customer on their social media and delete my comments when i query. Im still yet to receive my money or my order. I will never order here again I'm all for supporting small business but i have to spread the word so another person doesn't end up like me. This service is a scam please dont waste ur money!!!

I've read the reviews, but I was looking more to what the product actually does to our bodies. Never had a problem with ordering/deliveries etc....I've purchased yoni balls in the past and the empress yoni steam. I'm worried because since having used these products I've had 2 misscarages and fear another. I just hope there is no connection 😔

They used to be great with shipping items timely but now, they just take your money. I bought 3 products from this company in October of 2021; didn't receive anything until January 2022 & 2 of the products I bought were missing. No follow-up on multiple emails, and now I'm fighting with paypal to get a refund on the 2 items I didn't recieve. Definately a shame as I really loved their products. Horrible customer service and I wish they would get their act together.

I’ve been a customer for more than several years and it all started out good with communication and receiving my orders on time. Things then went downhill for me in 2020, but I excused the month long wait to get my package due to COVID-19. I ordered items on 01/02/22 and excused the first month of not receiving it, but then on 02/15/22 I emailed them with a copy of my invoice but got no reply back. I then sent a message on Instagram on 02/26/22 because I see that they still find time to post daily but again got no reply back. Now I’m LIVID, so I decided to go out of my natural way and started commenting on their posts for all to see stating that it is common courtesy to reply back to your customers and to at least give an explanation to why there is a delay. They deleted my comment and any other replies that I’ve made to others who were also asking for their money back, but of course they deleted their messages also. Today is now 03/11/22 and I will make sure I do whatever it takes to report Empress Body and get my money back….They will never get my business again! It’s already hard for black businesses but you all make us look bad…such a shame!
Happily giving an edited report that my Pay pal case has ruled in my favor and I will get my refund back. Another business will get my $100…boom! Unfollowing you from all social media accounts.

I placed an order since 28th December 2021 with this company and to present I have not received the item. I've sent messages with no response. I've paid using PayPal so I'll put a claim through to get my money back. I would never order with them again...

Ive never had an issue until now. Luckily I paid via PayPal, who will be issuing the refund. I've bought from Empressbody before with no issue but the customer service standard has plummeted! They stole my money and ignored my emails, that's were I draw the line. Stay away from them!

Don't order from this company. Ordered once with them in 2018 and i did receive my order. Then i ordered at 2nd time in 2019 158.00 dollars worth never received it. I emailed several times and finally the response is that there working on it , there backed up and will get out, sorry be patient. I reported to better business bureau. 2 years has gone by. No product, no refund

I never received my parcel, I asked a refund since March and am still waiting...

And I thing like so many people, I will never have it.

This company is a scam. It looks like they were legitimate at one point but this changed. 2 & a half months ago I placed an order, never arrived, asked for refund, this never arrived.
I have been in touch with my bank for refund.
If you can see their Instagram page comments (when they don’t delete them), this will tell you all you need to know.
Do not use this company.

Will never buy from this company again as I didn’t receive my order. Their customer service is shocking. The lack of care is unbelievable. I will be taking this further. How they are still up and running is beyond me.

Absolutely disgusting, almost 3 months and I haven’t received my products or refund

So I had made a purchase with this company back in 2019 and received the 6 day detox pearls product which was good.

I ordered again for the second time on 14/6/2021 (detox pearls detox and empowering wands £59.72) and had not received my order in the time frame which was stated (3-7 working days), I had messaged them via Instagram and they had responded and seemed genuine with their response, stating their customer service will be in touch with me via email I hadn’t received anything through email.

So weeks turned into a month and still I hadn’t received anything, I have been in contact through Instagram and still nothing.

I sent emails to the email address provided on their website and still nothing, called the number provided on the confirmation email and it is disabled.

They sent a message via Instagram on 3/7/2021 to say “We have submitted your refund request. We apologise for the unpleasant experience”

I had not received anything for over a week and messaged them again to say I hadn’t had a refund they stated it would be sent in that week (12/7/2021), and still nothing.

I messaged again on the 20/7/2021 to say I still haven’t received anything, they got back to me on 21/7/2021 to say “we are working on your refund request. We sincerely apologise for the delay”, now 3/8/2021 and I am still waiting on a refund and sent them yet another message expressing my frustrations, their unprofessionalism and their breach of The Consumer Rights Act 2015 (which they are) and I now have no other choice but to take this further.

They have the time to post on social media and watch your Instagram story’s but not try in the slightest to uphold their companies reputation.

This is Fraudulent and you are liars !

If you need the money this bad JUST SAY THAT ! 🤦🏽‍♀️

They’re just scamming everyone. Don’t bother commenting their Instagram. They’ll just delete their comments. It’s beyond me how they still have such a wide following as no one is receiving their products. I’ve tried to connect them on every single platform and I have not received my products. The first time I ordered from them was 2019 and I received my products perfectly fine.

Placed a order two months ago, and still have yet to receive it. Scammers

They steal people's money, they aren't here to help anyone. SCAM! They are horrible people and I hope this stops
